James, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
We just switched billing systems which will resolve this issue for you in the future. With the old system, if you had auto-pay enabled, it would charge the amount you specified when you setup auto-pay each month, regardless of your account balance.
I have taken the liberty to make sure the credit is active in our new billing system so you won't be charged again until you exhaust the credit.
In the future, please call our support team and report the issue to us so we have the opportunity to resolve your issue in a quick manner!
