Very bad customer experience
Bought olive green jeans from classic Kontpr retailer in Germany. The fabric had some failure as the right pocket had after 7 months a hole so that it could not be used. Also the looks on the front side was very used. Nothing I have experienced with other jeans brands. I complained to both blie de genes directly (could not help they say) and the retailer (sent the jeans tjere and they claimed it is not a fabric failure but my own fault). Very bad customer experience overall, which is a pity as I otherwise liked the cuts and jeans. Never again.

Beautiful website with potential for improvement
Finally, a webpage where all the current Blue de Genes models can be found, and directly from the manufacturer. The delivery time of 5-7 days is still ok, but the restriction to one delivery service is rather unfortunate, because this specific delivery service is not always reliable.
Definitely bad are the return options: there is apparently no free return, but with the said delivery service there is a charge of 12.68 euros. Alternatives are needed here!
