I used this company for the first time because of the buy one get one free offer. My first order took over 3 weeks to arrive. Each time I queried was told it was sent for testing. No certificates were provided. They do not mention anything about this on their website. If they do not have the product already tested and ready to dispatch then they should not be taking orders and payments. My 3rd order arrived again after 12 days and 2 viles of Bac water missing. My 2nd order has still not arrived and after several emails I have been informed that it has been sent for testing and will be dispatched next Friday when I have ordered and paid on the 5th of March. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service and would never be using them again and advise think twice before using them. I have requested a refund from them yesterday and received a reply asking if I am a 100% sure if I want to cancel my order as it has already been sent for testing. Pardon my french but what BS.

My review is minus 5. This company are rogues. They charged me £11,700 for work for which the highest quote I obtained from three other accountants was £3,000. They promised to review the fee charged depending on time spent prior to engagement and then refused to provide any evidence of time spent or costs incurred when I asked to see a breakdown of costs after the work had been done. All they ended up doing was to transfer information I provided onto a spreadsheet. I don’t know how they’re allowed to operate on this basis. Surely they should be accountable regarding their extortionate fee charges and have to justify their charges upon request.

I have used Blue Peak as my accountants for the past few years now. They are absolutely amazing, and help me to take care of all my accountancy issues including the running of my accounting software. As a self employed person it is fantastic to know that I have a support network of highly experienced and helpful people that are always there, and happy to help at any time. I can recommend Blue Peak to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable team of accountants.

I recently attended a free pricing workshop hosted by Blue Peak and have been to other workshops of theirs too. All are extremely helpful, easy to follow and understand. The workshops aren't too long and are great for beginner business owners. It's great that they want to give back to the community and you can tell they genuinely like helping businesses thrive and navigate this business world! What a wonderful team of people to work with. Blue Peak ran quite a lot of free workshops which provided useful insights and tips on how to plan, set up and run a business. No jargon, clear and concise information.

Now they are part of my team, providing real support and advice so I can concentrate on getting my business fully launched.

The Forecasting session was my first exposure to Blue Peak's Team outside my initial on-boarding and it was entirely positive. Super well prepared and thought provoking without overwhelming me with unnecessary detail and jargon. I recently attended a session by Blue Peak for Forecasting, as part of wanting to improve the forecasting for GG Wildlife Experiences Ltd. The changing circumstances meant we needed to be able to flex and have a forward view easily.
The session was just right in both length and level of detail, to give us a real view of the best way to forecast our options, and remodel them.
Cath was a clear presenter and it was also great to meet other businesses as part of the session!

As a new business owner starting out during COVID, these 30-minute coffee sessions have been invaluable and I can definitely recommend that you give them a go.

Even with the disruption of Covid lockdown, the advice and help I have received from the team has been great. I heartily recommend this company and team.
