So I see your all ucking with me. Hello Evan, Hi Evan, Hello Evan. Saying to look for email requesting additional documents for verification. We done gone through that step and documents sent were approved. So your gonna have to come up with something new. I can say, you had me, that email on the 14th of this month, ya I was believing . It takes a room full of determind holes to get me and you got me. My move.
I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your new card. I understand how important it is for you to get this so you can access the funds. Per checking here, I have confirmed that the prepaid card was replaced. It usually takes 10-15 days to be delivered to the new address but it can take longer depending on the postal service and location. Nothing to worry, the funds are secured and is held for you. Hope you receive it soon!

I am sorry to hear that the card has been returned. It happened because the system automatically sent the prepaid card to the address on file.
Don't worry, I can request a card replacement which will be send to your preferred address. To do that, we will be needing 3 things from you for verification:
1. Last 4 digits of your SSN
2. Address on file
3. Updated address where you want your card to be shipped
We look forward for your response so we can resend the card.

BlueAcorn was great until recently. Trying to do 2and wave on PPP and the company hasn't a clue that existing business that was approved gets to go for second time and expiring in 9 days.

I wish to god I could leave a negative…

I wish to god I could leave a negative zero rating. This company stole my money. I have been approved since April loan number and all and they got pissed that people were speaking up about them stealing their money and sent out mass denials to people that have had the funds sent out to their banks and were rejected. Once we opted in for the prepaid card they sent a bogus ass email saying we were all denied. They refuse to tell me where my funds went and now I’m responsible for paying back 20 thousand I never received and blueacorn basically told me I can kiss they ass they aren’t giving me shhhh. The money they did try to send they keeping it for themselves. DONT DO IT. Blueacorn and Capital plus financial are both sum scamming ass companies. Your best bet is to file criminal charges against them if you have been denied after opting in for a prepaid card because they aren’t going to give you a dime. You’re just responsible for paying it back even though you never received it. And don’t send me no bogus ass automated message saying I’m denied because that’s a freakin lie and blueacorn and Capital plus both know that.

Can you please help?

Can you please help?? i have submitted over 100 tickets and none of them get a response. i checked in happyfox and tickets get closed without a response. i contact chat rep they are rude with no answers. you sent me an email apologizing saying you are getting my funds to me asap because of a glitch. no more update. i contact you on twitter you respond asking how can you help. then never respond again. this is a crazy runaround and i undestand you are overwhelmed but i have been patiently waiting 4 months. i reverified and opted in for the prepaid card. no update and card company dont even have my information in there system. this is very overwhelming for us as cunsumers to not get any answer,updates,or anything that tells us what is going on. chat rep tells my my application is fine with no errors. and you congratulated me for passing my reverification process. but still no funds, no card, no answers, and no help. Can somebody please reach out to me via email or phone to atleast really try to assist with helping me get the funds you are telling me im approved for or let me know if im declined so i can stop asking where are my funds. Sba said i been approved since 3/25 and signed docs 4/2 and reverified 5/5 i got a email 5/13 stating a prepaid card was being sent to me but i still dont have it the in june, a month ago i received a email from you apologizing about a glitch and management and engineers was fixing the issue to get me my card and funds asap but now nobody is responding or answering any questions. Can i please get some help?? i am trying to use any outlet to get answers or a response. but nothing is working. there is no customer service for blueacorn or capital plus fin llc which is the lender. im praying blueacorn reach back out to me. update: 7/23 someone told me to try contacting blueacorn on twitter and i did, they did respond to tell me that my application have issues, and that there is nothing left for me to do but waite on blueacorn to reach out via email. BUT i have contacted chat reps multiple times which is telling me my application is fine and there are no errors. and i have but in over 100 tickets no and still no response. im confused i reverified and passed twice and also was verified when i opted in for there prepaid card. 7/24 contacted chat rep who asked how can they assist me?then when i responded they never aswered back (how rude at blueacorn) atleast you can respond to update a person who has trusted in giving you there personal info.
(i checked my account and found some money was tooken from the account i gave blueacorn. im glad it wasnt much BEWARE:PLEASE CHECK YALL ACCOUNTS SOMETHING IS WEIRD! but i also opted in for the prepaid card they said they were sending but i have not received.

7/26/2021 i contact chat rep and ask for help and they now have blocked me from talking to a chat rep. i tried accessing over the web via my phone and chat was there but when i put my name and email they blocked me from there too. i also put in multiple tickets and still no resppons. Finally a company That Helps Small Business Owners!

I originally had my ppp through another loan servicer which has been so stressful ... My girlfriends family business went through Blueacorn.com and they were funded exactly when they were told they would be so i decided i would go with blueacorn as my expierence with a different loan servicer smartbizloans was a horrible expierence. Since the first inquiry i sent to blueacorn i have received a prompt response on where my app is in the process. So i rated them highly because they are actually doing their job and trying to help small business owners. So big thanks to blueacorn! If you ever need any Audio Production done let us know! Would leave 0 stars if possible

Would leave 0 stars if possible. I was approved back in April with a loan number and all. I was denied yesterday as was a plethora of others. I provided every piece of information they requested of me. Was told lies by staff on when to expect funding. They left borrowers out of the loop the entire time. Communication was terrible. Waited 3 months to deny people knowingly not giving them a chance to apply elsewhere. My name is still on the public list saying I received funds, when I definitely have NOT. They need to be sued and delt with.

I am not going to lie this has been a very stressful time! They have so many people they are trying to fund !There was a huge amount of applications 4/1 through 4/10 that have not yet been funded! I am 4/7 I did get the option for the card it does say it would be funded when you recieve or activate it!This is not my case an 100s of others I recieved my card June1 still 0 balance!As a veteran I did 12 years an finally during one of the most drastic times where my business has been impacted I thought back in April funding would have already cleared smh! I spoke with the sba an was told there are over 300,000 Early April signers who have not been funded! I was so thrown back I cried my studio rent an things to keep my business afloat is in the arrears!!!Blue Acorn I can’t lie they have tackled to be such a small company with the manpower they have millions of loans that has kept small businesses afloat! it is stressful but remember if you have a little more patience they will get to you! Chime closed thousands of accounts which is terrible as a sole proprietor you can have a personal account!As angry as people may become at least Blueacorn did come up with an alternative an that’s the prepaid card an for that I am greatful

This company is a complete nightmare. They Never answer your questions or care that your business in failing and could have been salvaged if they would have allocated sba funds that have already been approved. Stay away!

I almost didn't go through with my SBA…

I almost didn't go through with my SBA loan/PPP application based on some of these bad reviews. Reluctantly, I gave it a shot (I need the help!). I am here to say that in 18 business days (yes, a few more than the 10-14 quoted), I received the funds in my bank account (USAA). My status still says "Funds being transferred to your account", but the money is there! This was the smoothest process, aside from the anxiety of waiting for something to wrong...which it didn't! Now, finger's crossed the 'forgiveness' part goes as smoothly!

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I WENT FROM SUBMITTED TO SBA TO BACK TO UNDERWRITING, AND NO UPDATES OR ANYTHING SINCE THEN. I HAVE SENT NO LESS THAN 15 EMAILS AND KEEP GETTING GENERIC EMAILS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. THE LEAST YOU ALL COULD DO IS GIVE CONTACT INFORMATION AND RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE ON THE NATIONAL NEWS TONIGHT TO GIVE CNN FULL INSIGHT OF WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH WITH BLUEACORN FINANCE.

Submitted app on April 10

Submitted app on April 10, status moved to "Submitted to SBA" and stayed there for 6 days. I reached out via chat (because they don't have a customer service number) and then my status reverted back to first step which was "Submitted to Blue Acorn" , i've reached out once more to no avail and it's going on 2 weeks with no communication. IDK whats going on

UPDATE: 05/04/21 --- SBA approved loan on 04/27/21 , Blue Acorn sent docs on 04/30 and I signed them same day. Now waiting to be funded and it reflects correctly in BlueAcorn system. Yall stay faithful to the process.

Application not moving and no good support responses at all!!!

When I entered my application 8 days ago on Saturday, it kept kicking me out until I finally got through with it. Now the application is really not moving, my emails are saying one thing, dashboard saying another, the chat service saying another. I can’t speak with anyone to help me. This is a terrible process!!
