With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and thoughtful design, Blueair makes air wellness accessible to all. Designed to bring the freedom to breathe to all. Over two decades ago, our Swedish founder wanted to ensure his children could breathe the same clean air inside their home as they did out in the pristine Swedish archipelago. Bringing cleaner air for everyone. We partner with global NGOs, media, academia, and local governments to promote the benefits of clean air for children's health and education and advocate for WHO-recommended air quality standards. By collaborating with schools and hospitals in various countries, we donate air purifiers to improve children's access to clean air.

High quality, fit-for-purpose product

Excellent product information and product reviews. Answered all of our questions re: suitability for our space and other requirements. Super delivery process - kept up to date with information on where our parcel was, including successful delivery. Great documentation with the device, but mostly, it works! We are already sleeping better with less impurities in the air.

Allergy relief

Easy to use website with plenty of information. Delivered quickly. Blueair easy to set up and already making an impact. Found the payment process (via PayPal) a bit of a pain though.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought an air purifier through Amazon a few years ago that stopped working out of nowhere. Every test was done and we reached the conclusion it was defective.

Although some time has passed, Blueair agreed in sending a replacement, which would be a newer model. They asked for my info so they could send it and then after all they couldn't ship outside the US.

How does that make sense? Blueair, a Swedish company, with websites in both .se and .co.uk, tells me that they cannot send the replacement unit because I'm in Europe and not in the US?!

So now I have a massive piece of electronic trash sitting in my living room. It can't be fixed, it can't be returned and now can't be replaced.

I could not recommend Blueair less. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

No customer service

Purchased a purifier from them. Quick delivery except they have send wrong product. It’s now impossible to contact them. I’ve filled forms, wrote 6 emails. Phoned the distributer. Heard nothing back at all in over a week. Brutal. No after sales service whatsoever. Avoid avoid avoid.

No service

No service; I have a couple of devices at home that are not in use. In Europe, they seem to only discount defective and non-working devices. I wouldn't recommend them.

No Service and no API

No Service, Expensive Filters and a API that hardly works.
I unfortunatelly thought that this was a high quality company but it turned out to be the worst air filters I had. Their API breaks down constantly breaking home integrations. Their programming of the firemware is a joke, likely done by first semester student. It looses Wifi connection a dozen times a day, sometimes requiring hard powercycle. Auto mode is unusable as it jumps constantly between full power and quite mode. The LED status is way to bright in dark settings and the number display is hardly readable.

Scammers Blue Air

Scammers, to whom I paid money and who did not return me a cent after the covid and did not even respond to any appeal or enquiry - neither to mail, nor to e-mail, and to call on the phone - it is not real at all.

Blueair air purifiers, Stay Away.

People please think twice before purchasing anything from Blueair. Com Air purifiers. I made a purchase of an Air purifier costing around £600, 6 months ago, it developed a fault around 1 month ago. I have done nothing in the last month except receive unhelpful and completely unsatisfactory emails from them which contain nothing but excuses, excuses, excuses!!!
A resolution has not been offered to me, despite myself asking for one within all the emails that I have sent them in the past month. I purchased my unit from Amazon whose return window closed after 3 months. Unfortunately Amazon do not have any stock to replace my faulty unit. Which leaves me with the manufacturers warranty. It seems that due to the fact that the UK is no longer part of the E.U. That Blueair are completely ignoring their UK consumers rights. I have this morning also reported their treatment, of myself, their customer to the UK Trading Standards, which being a government run agency will hopefully address Blueair's complete disregard for their UK customers consumer rights. Don't risk your money on this company's expensive products as you, like myself could be left seriously out of pocket.
They are not the only manufacturer of air purifiers.
