Our service was excellent
Our service was excellent. Firstly, our driver communicated very well for us to find him at Arrivals. He was pleasant and friendly to chat with during our drive. He was a safe driver… never at any time did we feel unsafe. He was able to get us to our destination in Southampton in a timely manner. We will definitely be using your services again next time we are in London!

Good service
Hi, our experience was mostly very positive. I was notified by email on original correspondence that our driver would be waiting in the arrival area with our name on a board. Unfortunately this proved not to be the case. We had to wait as our driver was caught up in traffic (out with his control) but then had to make our way to a pickup point as he was not allowed to pick us up outside the terminal building. Our driver picked us up at the hotel for our return trip to the airport on time and was very helpful with our luggage. Apart from the wait and walk to pickup point we had a very positive experience and would use again. Thanks for the service.
