Transfer was there on time

Driver texted and called the night before to say pick up would be earlier due to traffic and road closures. There were also frequent updates in the 30 minutes before pick up. Driver was great- very nice guy. Got there in plenty of time.

I was a bit worried that my flight was delayed far more than I had an indicated. I thought maybe my driver would have left. But instead, my driver texted me the minute I landed to let me know he was there for me. He even did his homework as we were texting on WhatsApp. He knew what I looked like. He politely approached me and made me feel safe and secure. We were on our way to my hotel after a tiring day of travel. That’s proactive service.
