I’ve had a very positive experience working with Blue Arrow. The company is professional, supportive, and genuinely cares about its drivers. Communication is clear, shifts are arranged thoughtfully, and they do their best to support a healthy work–life balance.
I’d especially like to mention Benn Laverick, who has been outstanding. He is approachable, responsive, and always puts real effort into arranging work that fits around personal commitments. Whenever any issues arise, Benn follows them up promptly and responds quickly, which really makes a difference.
I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received and would happily recommend Blue Arrow to others.
The service and client site is fantastic
Start messaging me out the blue saying about jobs when I've not asked for them. Told them not interested don't need it then subsequently say we can message some to pique your interest. Scam company clearly reported and blocked.
They've already been done by the courts several years ago as it was in the news online so please avoid company.

They initially offer shifts, but these are often cancelled later, sometimes for an entire week. Shifts are communicated via messages and email, and even after accepting them, the requests may be declined. Additionally, the company frequently offers shifts that are far from home, with very low pay.
These agencies should do better not only to sit in their offices or home.

Got one assignment, and the guy communicated really well, in fact bombarded me with calls and emails as they were desperate to fill the position. Since then, NOTHING, no answers to emails or following up job promises - have given up and gone elsewhere

Complete waste of time dealing with these.
I applied for a job through Indeed which these were managing. As is usual with employment agencies the actual company the role was at was not shown - this is fair enough, got no problem with that. I had a phone call from Laura on my home number which I missed so rang her back a few hours later and said who I was and I was returning her missed call and she came back with the reply 'Oh, I make loads of calls in a day' - not really good customer service there.
It turned out the job I had applied for was for a company I had worked for a few years back and Laura said this company have a policy that they ask agencies not to send them candidates who have worked there before. Again, perfectly fair but if Laura had read my CV before calling me she would have seen that so why bother calling me? She gave me some waffle then that she was off next week (funny how often that happens - maybe doesn't want me ringing her next week to follow up?) and she would ask her colleague to ask the company if they will accept my CV and let me know. Hence, I have not had any other contact since.
To sum up, just like every other employment agency I have ever dealt with - they couldn't care less about you, they just want to get you on their system so they can tick a box and show they are actually doing something each day then they ghost you.

They have been very professional

A bit late, but still I would like to leave my experience with them. Az some of the reviews say. They are very quick to take all your personal details. I had to book day for my telephone interview at the of my registration. So on their calendar there was no "availability". So I had to try and get one. I emailed to them and explained the situation. And guess what? Do you think that someone got back to me to offer me any day for my interview? Of course not. Oh, the "job" was for a customer support worker for The TV license. I doubt actually that the job was genuine

Who the hell do they think they are. You can't apply for a vacancy unless you sign up to their site. They want your personal details including your bank details and info from your passport.
You'd have to be an idiot to give them those details. They're holding, people looking for a job, to ransom. You're guaranteed nothing. Do the firms they're recruiting for know what this lot are doing?

Quick to request all of your personal information, image of passport, NI number, bank details etc., swift invitation to book a 15 minute video call to confirm your identity. Promising response with confirmation of booking and a name of who will be joining the call - but for them to then be a no show. Can't help but feel like I've given them all of my personal data for them to not respect my time and no show to an appointment. They make you think that the application is quick and you can be in work almost immediately, but this is not the case.

No jobs anywhere, what a waste of time.
Now, this isn't the fault of blue arrow alone, but also b2w group.
I got referred from them after doing a course to get me back into work.
They got me a role but it lasted less than 3 months. Not only that but they have had nothing since I started (I didnt like the role so was looking for alternatives early and literally nothing)
I find its crazy I did all this to get back to work, and now I'm still looking for work again.
My search radius is max and I've set up notifications, the only job I've seen pop up is a catering role in all that time.

I have applied for multiple job roles with this company but they are based in 3 different locations, 1 of the building are not making contact with any workers and this is causing people to lose out on jobs and it’s been very frustrating trying to get contact back about any jobs I’ve applied for … don’t waste your time !!!!

Applied to Blue Arrow in June. The Glasgow office was useless from the start — I had repeated problems accessing the portal to book an interview, and their “help” was just telling me to try again. I had to call the Leeds branch to get it fixed in minutes.
They then made me wait three whole weeks for a Microsoft Teams “interview” with Peter that lasted under two minutes. A handful of generic questions, then a demand for a passport scan and an invasive biometric face ID check. I sent it immediately and successfully — yet I was still not registered. Only after chasing again was I told I’d submitted some information incorrectly (I hadn’t) and had to send it again.
Finally registered, I received an email saying I was invited to a shift at the Royal Concert Hall (13/08/2025). The wording strongly implied the job was already mine if I accepted — so I did, instantly, via the app. It went to “pending,” then vanished. The link later told me the shift was already taken. My email to Peter was ignored. When I phoned, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive, snapping that “just because you’re invited doesn’t mean there aren’t multiple candidates”. That’s not an “invitation” — that’s a bait-and-switch.
So what’s the point? Over a month of wasted time. Invasive personal data handed over. A first shift dangled then yanked away. Misleading language, poor communication, and a total lack of respect for workers.
I’ve taken myself off their register. If you value your time, privacy, and dignity, steer clear.

I am very grateful to Been Laverick from Blue Arrow. His kindness, expertise and knowledge just outstanding. If today I’m on the road with experience on my belt is because over a year ago he took a chance on me and gave me a placement which turned out to be an amazing opportunity for me and opened doors for more opportunities… thank you 🙏🏾

Somehow my sort code was wrong, I'm not sure how if it was myself or the company as I've never got it wrong before.. I noticed as soon as the payment was made. Asked them to stop or recall but they can't. The sort code is non existent meaning it will bounce back however they are saying they can't pay me. They haven't even tried to sort anything. So I've literally just lost the money for that week. Everyone you email is on our of the office reply... There was time to stop the payment and re-issue... There is also something they could of done however they are not helpful at all and are not willing to re issue the pay even though it will of bounced back. Contact is shocking, always auto reply and no responses other than a girl called Cara brown who did actually respond but basically said there's nothing they can do. I had to even try and contact them for my shifts to be put on the app as it says don't attend work without your shift or you won't get paid. Someone called Charlie then added my shift after I got an email asking where do I work. They clearly haven't even pulled my details up if they don't know where I'm working for them. I've actually never worked for an agency as bad which is a shame as I like the place I'm working. I'm just going to do the shifts until I get a contract through the company themselves unless I don't get paid again next week then I won't be doing any more for them.
I actually have never known a company to not be bothered that your literally without a penny and not being bothered to try to pay you for the work you did, even if there was an error on either of our part it's a pretty simple one, the sort code was non existent so it would of bounced back.
