I worked as CSA for Scottish Widows through Blue Arrow for more than 2 years. Brilliant and so much helpful staff and they always are there whenever you call or email.

Emily had no clue how to speak to a person. She would constantly send messages trying to get a reply when you were busy and how she worded her requests were just diabolical. People like that shouldn't be allowed to speak to the general public. Be professional and don't seem desperate.

Tashi Eastwell keeps emailing me with jobs and when I reply keeps saying all positions are taken. I feel as if I am being harassed by her and think everyone should be carefully when dealing with her. I have had the worst experience ever with this company and don't want anything to do with them but they still insist of trying to communicate with me. I want to say this again. .. remove all my details from your system. I would bot recommend you lot to anybody. Thanks

I can’t actually put into words how grateful I am to this agency, it’s the best one I have ever worked for Claire from the Maidstone branch helped me from start to finish with the process kept me updated on every step of it got me the position I applied for and it was so straight forward, and it has paid off as I’ve now been taken on full time and got the security of the full time position running it on my own would highly recommend this company and staff to anyone and I thank them for the help and support, keep up the brilliant work you do and thank you again.

I have worked for Blue Arrow as a Chef, in Liverpool, for over 20 years (with a few gaps) and also at the Leicester branch, & Worcester branch for 5 years while at Uni.
And, I can highly recommend this company. They have a fantastic app, for allocating work, listing days off & scheduling holidays etc.
Whether Ive required full time hours, or occasional shifts, Blue Arrow Liverpool has accommodated my needs, and their rates of pay have been highly competitive.
Also, whenever I have needed assistance from the Liverpool branch, Amanda Hodson, Business Director, for Liverpool & Cheshire, has been extremely professional and helpful on many occasions.

I think they are data collecting, I spent ages putting in all my information and all my ID to register with them and they say you will get a video interview which i tried 3 times and no one ever shows up for the video call. I emailed them to find out what’s going on and no one has ever gotten back to me. Now it won’t allow me to delete my data from the website. Seems suspicious and I regret putting all my info and ID into their website!!!

Agency not good, working in Kent having to deal with the Maidstone office who are not good. Took long time to finally be signed up by them. They advertise jobs do not put you forward to them or on the app says unsuccessful?? Would help if Lauren Kirkby and others answered emails and thought to help. Waste of time signing up with them as do not offer shifts or says unsuccessful on the app! watch out!

I've recently gained my Class C + E license and found it very difficult to be given a chance in the industry due to no experience. A number of agencies also contacted myself offering the world once your signed up and then absolutely nothing which is very frustrating.
However not Blue Arrow and Benn (Driving Consultant) in particular. Benn has kept in constant communication with myself assisting with job opportunities and keeping to his word, offering assessment dates and ensuring they are booked which is fantastic as they are limited for new starters.
I'm now currently gaining experience in the industry and growing overall. Benn remains in constant contact to ensure everything is going well which is makes you feel not just a number and on hand anytime for questions or help.
I couldn't be happier at the moment with the service provided by Blue Arrow and Benn and still currently on the books with no intention of going elsewhere.

Just finished a 3 month contract with the AA for these and they were there to support me all the way through. Called me out of the blue to offer me the position and I hadn’t even worked for them before that. Great team good rates!

The first and last time I ever use Blue Arrow Agency. My experience was not good at all. When I first applied I needed a DBS to start with which I did apply for and they just had to do the rest on their part which was not done at all. I was told to expect my DBS between 2 weeks - 2 months and have yet not received it. It has been since April this year I have not done any shifts due to not having my DBS. I emailed one specific employee ‘M’ and she does not want to respond to any of my emails nor help me with the issue. That’s £50 down the drain no refund!! Now she has taken me off the shortlist without notice. This employee is rude and lacks communication skills.

The staff are extremely unfriendly over the phone and are very unhelpful, go to do inductions for jobs just to not hear back from them, terrible all round highly don’t recommend

Don't worth the play, waste your time
Induction 4 hours, probably they don't pay, drugs, alcohol test passed,start new job Mon, after I'm back to house manager changing plans and cancelling my weekly plan, they not responding

After going through all the processes and got an interview, the company informed me they would make a decision and pass it on that day 2 weeks on I still haven't heard anything even though I have emailed 3 different people and was assured by the third this would be passed on and someone would be in contact. Poor poor staff.
