Orderd for a total of € 115, ordered the 18th of January and not arrived yet.
since ages I have the message it is at the custom, i write to the customer service and i get no answer.
On the top of that i keep receiving promotions and emails to push me to buy more.
the service is scandalous and i would like to know where my pack is.
i would not suggest another order or to consider the brand anymore

No Delivery, No Refund, No Communication
I placed an order for lingerie on 6 January. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 3–4 working days.
Today is 11 February, and I have still not received my order. I also have not received a refund or any clear information from the store regarding the status of my parcel.
The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected a professional and reliable service — which has clearly not been provided.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping with Bluebella. There appears to be a real risk of being left without your order, without proper updates, and without your money for an extended period of time.
Very disappointed.

Being ignored by customer service
I ordered an item which was faulty and after an initial great experience with the customer service got a replacement sent out. However when the package arrived it was an empty envelope with nothing inside and I have been trying to get a response from customer services for over a week now but am currently being ignored so I have paid my money but have nothing to show for it.

I have ordered Bluebella on 13 th January. Today is 7th of February and I still did not receive it. I have send already like 10 requests to customer service and no respond. In the tracking it says like it was delivered but I have not received anything. And no respond from customer support.

Fab new piece...
Sometimes I buy a one-piece of lingerie, like this one that is for Valentine's... And I wonder how often I will be wearing it... So yes, I love this new piece (that I can barely get my large nipples to stay in!) and I look forward to wearing it - but afterwards...will I wear it again? No matter...the 14th is ahead, so I'll focus on that! Thanks again Bluebella!
