Absolute shit quality, I have had better items from Shein. This company is a scam. I am pretty sure the prototypes on the website are from a different quality. Will never order from them again.

They have gret customer service but the system had an issue that made it more challenging than it should have been.
Bluebella lingerie is always absolutely beautiful and leaves everyone breathless at the quality
They didn’t send all of the items I ordered, and have been unresponsive by email. I’ve sent 4-5 emails without a response over the course of a month.

One disappointment after another
1 - I paid for expedited shipping with a defined delivery range, the package was delivered almost a week late.
2 - The original product's hardware broke the very first time it was tried on
3 - Customer service responds about once a day, making communication painfully slow
4 - they offered a free return and to replace the product with free shipping and a discount that ended up being about 10%, not great
5 - The replacement order went unfulfilled for a week, and then was cancelled due to being out of stock

Beautiful lingerie! I got a set for Valentine’s Day and it looks so delicate, beautiful, feels comfortable and makes me feel confident when I wear it 🩵
It’s on the pricey side but I’d say it’s worth the splurge !
I don’t know who loved the lingerie more, my wife or me! She looked absolutely stunning!
It took awhile, but my issue was satisfactorily resolved.
I had made a mistake in the order with my email address. The representitive ended up researching in numerous ways to find the order, make the necessary corrections and get the order shipped. This took a number of communications via email over a 8 day period.
Well beyond the service level of most.
Thank you.
Some of the fabric was ripped out of the box. Either somebody didn't check quality control when it was boxed or maybe bluebella sent us something used? Not sure but there was no excuse for sending me defective / ripped merchandise

Horrible customer service. Waiting for my refund since February. Sent out many requests but no response from Bluebella customer service team. This is unacceptable that i have to chase for my refund!!!

Love everything I got! Such high quality and my husband was very happy as well :)
Tried to exchange for different size. Was informed that I couldn’t do that. Returned more than two weeks ago, still waiting for refund even though Company indicated they received the item

Bluebella must resolve their dire refund process. After returning an order I did not receive a refund despite contacting the company twice via email. An AI bot response is not adequate nor acceptable. Only after escalating via PayPal did I receive a refund but the company still hadn’t responded so the case was closed in my favour. Bluebella then conveniently responded to my email. It took over a month from receipt of returned order. I will not be purchasing from them again.

All lingerie received was of great quality and fit well. However, one bra that I received was covered in gray mold. Like hairy mold. I washed the bra and it all came off, but it was disgusting when it arrived. If I could upload photos here, I would. It must have been stored for a long time in a humid environment. I’m surprised it wasn’t quality-checked before it was sent. Otherwise, I’ve had a great experience with Bluebella.

I am not the kind of person who takes to the internet to vent frustration about a company, but after my first—and certainly last—experience doing business with Bluebella, I felt compelled to share what happened.
I wanted to buy my partner something special for Valentine’s Day and, to avoid the risk of a last-minute hiccup during peak shopping season, I opted for an e-gift card. The idea was simple: no shipping delays, no risk of a package getting lost in transit, and she could choose whatever she liked instead of me guessing in the dark. Delivering a digital code is quite literally the easiest order a retailer can fulfill.
From the very beginning, the process was confusing. The purchase receipt that was automatically emailed to me did not make it clear whether the order number was the e-gift card code or not. When my partner tried to make a purchase a couple of days later, we quickly realized that it was not. Yet, we also never received anything else, not knowing whether we should have expected to or not.
About a week after the purchase, I reached out to the company for clarification. Instead of an explanation, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and that a refund was on the way. No context, no prior communication—just a cancellation. At no point did anyone explain what had gone wrong or attempt to resolve the issue.
I was aghast and immediately sent an email expressing my frustration. A customer representative named Barbara eventually responded. Looking at the reviews here, I suspect I may have been lucky simply to get hold of a human being at all. Sounding contrite, she offered me a 10 percent discount code—which is frankly pitiful given the scale of their screw-up. I did not even bother arguing about it, since I had no intention of ever doing business with this company again anyway.
Now, two weeks after the cancellation and nearly a month after the original order, I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent yet another email and will see if—and when—it ever arrives.
The whole affair is genuinely incomprehensible to me. I cannot wrap my head around how a company can fail to deliver an e-gift card—a digital code that, by its very nature, cannot run out of stock or fail in transit. Through no fault of my own, I found myself in the absurd position of having failed to give my partner her Valentine’s gift. Had I not raised a fuss over email, it appears they would simply have cancelled the order with no clear explanation, no meaningful communication, and no real customer support beyond a generic apology and a supposedly automatic refund that, two weeks later, is still nowhere to be found.
This is not an office stationery company. You are not selling staplers. You are selling lingerie at premium prices, and if there is one day of the year when your business should function properly, it is Valentine’s Day.
If you are considering buying from Bluebella, I would strongly advise thinking twice.
There are plenty of companies that, unlike Bluebella, understand the industry they are in and actually earn the margins they charge. You are far better off taking your business to them.
If my experience is anything to go by, this is exactly how companies go out of business. While I would not wish that fate on anyone, my experience with Bluebella suggests they are doing a remarkably good job of accelerating that outcome.
