They will ask for duty taxes despite the delivery terms

They will ask for taxes and despite the site at the delivery terms refers
"Please be assured that prices in the EU have not increased, and Bluebella takes care of additional import duties and taxes" here is the answer that they emailed me:

"Thank you for your message and for clarifying your order details. While the delivery details page mentions that Bluebella takes care of additional import duties and taxes, our official international shipping policy states that any import duties and taxes charged by customs outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier or customs upon delivery. These charges are not refundable by Bluebella."
