Refusing to give a refund because of Clearpay dispute

Ordered an outfit , sent back weeks and weeks ago and still not had my refund . They are using an excuse about Clearpay . When I rang the lady on the phone was very very rude and unhelpful , disputing paying my postage back because they are a small business. Please read other reviews before you order from here, a lot of customers stating the same as me and not receiving refunds . I would never order off this website again , please avoid .

Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting.. I ordered a jacket for my Grandson. On the day it was received I sent an email to say the jacket does not fit. They have ignored 2 emails. They returns policy states email them for a returns label. I am now going to contact their local council and report them to Trading Stsmdards!

Please avoid this company and order from a more reputable company.

I placed an order on March 22, 2024 with Europe Signed Delivery (6-10 Working Days)) and never received any email with tracking information or even that the item was shipped. I have emailed, messaged through there social media pages but they have all been completely ignored.I don't think I will be able to get my money back either! Please avoid this company and order from a more reputable company.

tl;dr - save your sanity - don't order from here

tl;dr: Unless you're 100% sure the item will fit, I would avoid buying from Bluebells and find the item elsewhere as you will have no joy in getting a refund.

The problem: The item received was far too small and the company did not respond to email or phone.

Pros: They are, seemingly, a genuine company. I did receive the item I ordered.

Cons: Bluebells do NOT reply to emails, nor do they answer the phone number on the website

They do not respond to queries on their webform.

I sent back the unused item within the week of receiving it by signed Royal Mail delivery. I diligently waited 10 days for a refund, as per their terms and conditions, but no reply or refund.

Fortunately, I had used PayPal, so I raised a case and then had to escalate that. Bluebellls offered a partial refund which I accepted as I have had enough of chasing them and just want to draw a line under this experience. The whole debacle lasted over a month.

My advice, just avoid them and find the item elsewhere - probably far cheaper.

I did have some reservations after…

I did have some reservations after reading other reviews and some negative preconceptions however they have dealt with my worries and concerns with the upmost respect. Communication has been great with them. I can not fault them in any way, delivery is quick and service is 5 stars.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with, ordering & deliveries spot on but returning an item, they keep the item & your money when asking to provide proof they stop all contact. Stay away from this company.

Buy at own risk

I ordered a dress paid express delivery didn’t receive order till following week.
I emailed bluebell as I wasn’t happy I also sent the dress back still waiting for a refund .
Avoid this boutique they can’t deliver no stock
They don’t respond to email totally rude ..I just want my money back

Avoid this shocking company!!!
Placed an order with express shipping never received any emails with tracking information or even that the item had been despatched. I have sent emails, i have sent messages through to there social media pages also phoned there shop but have all been completely ignored. They post constantly on there instagram page advertising clothes and stating how they have a reliable delivery service they are total scammers stealing peoples hard earned money i’m in total shock so glad i only ordered one thing from there i have now had to open a case with PayPal, hopefully i will get my money back soon. I placed an order with another reliable company and got the item i wanted next day delivery with them. Please avoid this company and order from a more reliable company.

Fantastic

Well what can I say , I ordered 2 dresses on sat the 5th Nov amd I received them today .
They are beautiful , fabric is so nice too , 100% worth every single penny , amd can I mention karim who emailed me straight away , kept in contact with me ,and notified me when my order was dispatched .
Brilliant shop and company , I will definitely be ordering from this boutique again x

Poor customer service. Ignored.

Should have read previous reviews. Awful customer service - emails completely ignored. No dispatch notice or tracking information. No reply after two weeks and no sign of my order. When I finally got a response through social media, I was told they would refund me and blamed Royal Mail. No attempt to fix the problem at all. It’s odd that after so many negative experiences from customers the owners haven’t realised they have a problem that needs fixing. Won’t be using this company again.

So disappointed......

Dress arrived in post today (eventually but within stated 25 days) in plastic envelope no bigger than 5 inches x 6 inches. I knew instantly this was a disaster from the weight. Looked good in photos but could spit through the fabric. Absolutely no way was this worth £16 . Could have bought 3 in asda with far better quality for same money. Wont be shopping here again.

Fantastic dressing gown

Ordered one of their hummingbird with pompom dressing gowns online during lockdown. It arrived the following day, and is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic quality and I haven't seen anything like this anywhere else. Plus it arrived with a handwritten note. Fantastic service, love supporting independent retailers, and this one is fab x
