We are currently on holiday in the Maldives, which I booked through Blueberry Travels and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, they have been simply amazing. I will definitely book them again.

Booked my trip with Blueberry to Maldives. After a few glitches James managed to get us on the flights. He arranged it and we had a fabulous time . Mixed experience however James arranged from start to end.
Definitely recommend and give it a try.

Booked my tickets through Bestairfare.co.uk which is part of blueberry travels. James found me the cheapest ticket on one of the best airline, which was way expensive with all agents. Though it took 3 days to receive my confirmed ticket but he explained me whole process and I was kept in loop through the process. All calls were answered within two rings, staff were always courteous and patient to answer questions. Their chat support is excellent too. My advice is to give them a try if you are after the best fares and excellent customer support.

We used Blueberry for our trip to Thailand, it was booked in January 22 to be taken March 23, we can’t fault the service, we had lots of help with selecting a destination, we found them to be patient and informative, always professional and quick to respond, the holiday itself was lovely, beautiful beach and sea, lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff, lovely touch that we weren’t expecting on our return, we were met at Koh Samui airport by a lovely lady who took us in hand, escorted us and our luggage, checked us in without having to queue and saw us safely on our way to departure, really great touch, thank you, happy customers 😁

Just returned from 11 nights in the Maldives and 3 nights in Dubai booked through Blueberry Travel. Customer service was excellent. I even received a phone call from James the night before we were due to fly to ask if we had completed the IMUGA form needed for entry to the Maldives. As we hadn't done this James kindly offered to talk me through it but I struggled to download the information. James then asked me to send him the information and he completed it all for me which was a great help. He also messaged when we arrived to ask if everything was OK and advised us to contact him if we had any problems with completing the form going home or with anything else. Everything with the holiday went perfectly including the private transfers from airport to hotel in Dubai and from hotel back to the airport. I recommended Blueberry travel to several people while away and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. James even contacted us as we arrived home to ask if everything had been OK.

We have used this company twice now for a Dubai vacation and both times was hassle free and well organised, always go above and beyond to make a vacation a amazing experience

Being impulsive when one is deeply stressed and concerned about flight bookings being cancelled without any reason is not an ideal combination. I allowed my impulsive instinct to dictate the feedback I left yesterday on Blueberry Travels. That was wrong. All the staff have always been courteous and helpful, and James confirmed this yesterday once again. I know that the proof of the pudding is in eating it, and I will know for sure when I am at the airport if this pudding is to my taste. I am certain it will be, because they are a caring and capable travel agency, and that is comforting.

OUTSTANDING service from this company. Booked my annual NZ trip through these guys, good price on a good carrier.
I ended up injuring myself and needing an upgrade on medical grounds. The hassle I went through with my insurance company was worse than my injury.
I then contacted James, he took the medical reference number,”leave this with me he said”. Sorted! medical upgrade on a different airline organised overnight.
Can’t thank you enough.
If you have travel requirements, don’t bother looking elsewhere just give James at Blueberry Travels a call.

Well what can I say! From start to finish blueberry travels have been fantastic. We are currently in the Maldives and still have contact. We have a disabled son and they made sure everything was organised and stress free. I can’t thank the team enough I will be definitely using this company for all our travels. Customer service was excellent, so much information given and they were always on hand with every question. I highly recommend 5 star !!!!

My online booking with Blueberry Travels went very well. I was more than satisfied with their ticket price offerings, and the transaction itself was fast and convenient. Last minute flight was needed due to family bereavement overseas
James was amazingly helpful in helping us. He has helped us get things booked at a difficult time without an issue. Keeping in touch by wats app checking my father had boarded his flight okay. Highly recommended

Blueberry Travel have been horrendous.

Everything was ok until after we had made our final payment.

They then booked the flights. ON THE WRONG DAY.

We should have flown to The Maldives (as stated on all of their paperwork to us) on Monday 10th Oct 2022, The day after our wedding, but they made an error and booked the flight on the 11th Oct not the 10th……

We spotted this immediately from their booking confirmation and contacted them immediately.

They then started with a series of lies to us about how it was “the airline's mistake”, then it was “a booking agent middle man” who had made the mistake. They assured us that they would sort things out and that "we would fly on the 10th" as they had said. "Just give us time to sort it".

After another week, and constantly being asked by them to give them more and more time, we gave up and contacted the airline directly, only to be told by the airline that Blueberry Travel had actually made the flight booking and ONLY THEY could change it. Not us. We had no ability to amend the booking, only the company who made the booking could change it. We did check and there were plenty of seats available on the flight on Monday 10th Oct, so it wasn't that that flight was full.

When we told Blueberry Travel this, they finally admitted that it was indeed their mistake, but they were "not prepared to change the incorrect flight" as it “would cost them too much money”, therefore we would only be getting 13 days of our 14 day holiday.....

We then pointed out that if we were to accept this situation, we would incur costs to change our airport parking (£20) plus the cost of a hotel room near the airport as our house was occupied with the family who were house sitting for us (£160) Blueberry Travel told us they would “sort this out and pay our costs” THEY HAVE NOT. They also offered us a “romantic meal for two on the beach” to apologise which they would book with the resort. WE RECEIVED NOTHING.

When we refused to accept the flight on the 11th and asked them to change the flight to the 10th so we could fly on the correct day, they THREATENED (and screamed and shouted at us over the phone) that if we didn’t accept the flight on the 11th that they had booked incorrectly, then they would “CANCEL OUR HOLIDAY” and we would “LOOSE EVERYTHING”.......!!!!

We felt we had been backed into a corner and had had no choice but to accept the flights as booked by them, or like they threatened, “Loose everything”.

There was also some confusion as to which Island we were actually going to.

In June 2022, Blueberry Travels informed us that we were not going to the island we had booked as it was being closed for a refurb. They had moved us to another island. Because of the debacle with the wrong flights being booked, this meant we would arrive a day later than the island was expecting us, so we contacted them (where we thought we were going), only to be told by them that they had no record of our booking…… As you might imagine, this didn’t exactly fill us with confidence. The island did however email us back 2 days later to inform us that we were in fact booked on the original island (that should have been closed but wasn't). We had heard NOTHING from Blueberry Travel about this.

When we eventually arrived in Malé airport, we were given paperwork to fill in, for the replacement island, and NOT the actual island. We pointed this out to a very confused representative who made a few phone calls and managed to sort things out. Only then were we informed that we had not been booked on a seaplane transfer. However, this was sorted out by the island's representatives, but just one more mess created by this incompetent travel agents.

So, please do yourselves a favour, and avoid this company.

Anyone can make a mistake, but it's how you correct that mistake that is important.

But surely, you don’t correct your mistakes by; lying to your customers, shouting at them over the phone, and / or threatening them. Nor do you do that by offering to book a private meal (THAT NEVER HAPPENED), offering to cover the costs of the parking change and the extra hotel (THAT NEVER HAPPENED). They did also offer us a £100 voucher off our next booking with them which we politely declined…….. I THINK NOT.

1 week before our wedding, my (now) wife was ill in bed with the stress caused by this incompetent company.
