I purchased a rotate pro wireless keyboard iPad case , it looks great and works very well , i actually dropped my iPad in the case to the tarmac floor from a seated position when i was out , and apart from a tiny chip in the corner of the case , it protected my iPad from any damage at all , so it does its job

Good customer service, good mics
USPS lost my package of two mics and windscreen, but I submitted a post office claim and BlueBolt made it right and sent me a replacement without any extra fees. Good customer service. Their delivery is slow as it’s sent from overseas. However, for the on sale price, the tiny transmitter mics are very good and truly cut out background noise when you have the mic at normal close range to your face. Clipped on, it can capture some punctuated background sounds, but still the sound of the voice is clear. I have an air purifier white noise sound and a noisy road that I need zapped away, and these mics are great. Mics work far away too outside, however the transmitter on the mic cannot be blocked from the receiving transmitter on the phone or it can cut out the sound. So for instance you set up the phone and hope to be heard as you walk away but you can’t until you turn around. Still, a very good deal with good clear sound! And the windscreen blocked the sound of some light wind 100%. I hope they last a long time!

Long delivery time with no clear indication of estimated time despite several enquiries. They also diverted on key concern, by offering discounts on subsequent purchase (more of a marketing strategy, rather than an effort to resolve issue). Product was also defective.

It’s amazing. I had recently sold my laptop as I found I was using my iPad more than the laptop. So this has just brought both things together perfectly. But on the heavy side but isn’t an issue as I don’t take mine out of the house. And it’s very stable when open too.

I bought a three in one charger which had a small problem with the watch part of the charger within days of telling them a new unit arrived and works brilliantly I highly recommend this company.
Inept/non-existent customer service - nonsense returns policy... Avoid these people!
Ordered a case for an iPad Air Gen3, model A2152. Checked the model number - all compatible on the web site. The case took 10 days to get here (from China I guess), but the the iPad air Gen3 A2152 doesn't fit, and the case we have looks different to the one on the website. We had assumed the company were in the UK.
Contacted customer service and gave them this info in 2 emails to get a response: "We're so sorry for any confusion. After double-checking our records, it looks like the iPad model A2152 isn't currently listed as one of our compatible devices.
Our website does show the model A2152 under the iPad Air (3rd Gen), which might explain the discrepancy.
We really hope this clears things up! We understand this might not be the answer you were hoping for, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions at all. We're always here to help in any way we can!"..
Errr, what? So your website shows the iPad Air Gen3 is compatible and it isn't, so your response is to NOT offer a solution? Really?.....
The returns policy is also "unfair" in accordance with the UK 2015 Consumer Rights Act as it states items should be "unopened and unused" for a return - so how would I know my iPad Air Gen3 doesn't fit if I didn't try and fit the case? Utter nonsense... Still - I need to get on with my life, this episode has already cost me 3 hours I'll never get back!... Not sure I can be bothered wasting any more time so will let this play out and claim back from my credit card company. I wish I'd looked on TrustPilot before ordering and will not be using these clowns again - ever. I suggest you give them a wide birth.

Ordered the 3 in 1 charger
Ordered the 3 in 1 charger. Delivery was lengthy and when it arrived it did not charge multiple devices. I reached out and they asked for a video to show the problem. The problem was that it didn’t charge. I took video and sent and the response was that the video was not what they needed and asked for me to send another video. After several emails back and forth they agreed to send a credit for the device (not shipping or tax). Thinking that maybe still it was a one off I ordered an other but a different type. This was sent and received and again it didn’t work. I again reached out to customer service and they told me this time that they had mistakenly sent out a device that was outdated and would immediately correct. It has been two weeks and still waiting for notice that the device has been shipped. Poor product twice (if third ever makes it here I’ll let you know how that goes). Poor customer service. Only reason i reordered was that refund was not an option - just the credit. Will not be a return customer.
