⭐️ 1 Star – Absolute Nightmare

Buying this iPad “magic” keyboard was anything but magical. The product was flimsy, cheap-looking, and made from extremely poor materials. It felt like something that would come out of a dollar store — and sure enough, it started falling apart within three weeks.

But the real disaster began when I tried to return it. It took this company two and a half months to issue my refund. That is completely unacceptable. No professional business operates like that.

Yes, the price sounds affordable at first — but what’s the point if the product breaks almost immediately and then you have to fight for months just to get your money back?

Customer beware. If quality and customer service matter to you, stay far away from this company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The Bluebolt charger heats up the iPhone top much to the extent the iPhone ends up with the warning message re over-heating. It's made me question the product. Ok it works with a wire to not hear up the phone but I am regretting the purchase really. Looks good, feels good, charges the phone but I don't like the heating side to it

Absolute rubbish product. Every 30 seconds it stops charging then starts up again. On their website it is suggested that I turn the phone off and restart it. Obviously a known fault. Why should I do this every time I want to charge my phone ?

This is from a china company and they have registered their business in another country - USA.
Products come from China directly.
I received the products which charges so slowly. When I wanted to return, they wanted me to return to USA!!!
These are cheap productions that costs less 60 percent of what I've paid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am in the middle of a dispute for a refund for a faulty product and quite willingly take them for further legal pursuit.
Their refund policy is 7 days from the receipt of the product but they email respond by delaying the process, suggesting customers to take further actions to send further emails of videos of the product.

Placed an order and paid 10 days ago! ! Have heard nothing back.

I recently had my PC repaired, the service I received at Bluebolt was amazing, they kept me in the loop with everything.
I will definitely be using them again

I cannot recommend ian and the team at blue bolt highly enough! My sons gaming pc went bang! As I’m not in anyway computer savvy I took it into blue bolt- Ian explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me worst case and best case scenario quotes! I explained that my son is autistic and that change isn’t something my son copes well with, they were so understanding- within a week my son had his pc back in his room all fixed at a very reasonable price too! I was given a full breakdown of everything in my invoice!
