If I could leave 0 stars I would. Again like other complaints, it comes down to insurance issue. They continuously, regardless of your own coverage, charge you their insurance premium. I had in the past, numerous times reached out to find out why the additional charge. No one will return your call. When I finally had enough of paying these premiums, I stopped payment on the equip loan. That's when you get a phone call. I was repeatedly told that my loan was not conditional to disagreements regarding insurance. I am fully aware. However, I want the insurance premium removed and they want their payment. Neither myself or Brian Hash, loss mitigation personnel, were budging and my loan was almost 30 days late. Finally, on the day before being 30 days late, I called in the payment and ok'ed the direct withdrawal. However, they decided on their own to not only take that payment, but the one that was due the next day. Then it was escalated to their attorney with whom i explained. I made the payment. I have never heard a company escalating a loan that is less than a month late. I was continuously asked for emails of communication. I am a doctor not a lawyer. I do not keep every vendor communication for fear of future litigation. Thought making the payment would just get us back on track and moving forward without all this negativity, but guess what? Now I have a charge for legal fees, might I add that were unnecessary, and an insurance fee showed up again on my statement. I need help. I have contacted the NYS DEPT of FINANCE, as well as the VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL. However both have said its not in their jurisdiction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EQUIPMENT FINANCE! This whole thing could have been averted if they just responded to an earlier email I sent asking why I am being charged for insurance. I continuously could provide insurance details but they did not want to reimburse me for coverage I already had.
