Blue care is a very bad experience for me. I bought one item from them, it was the first time, and it was a test for me to check their reliability. They promised to ship within 7 days. Customer support is very irresponsive, it is normal for them to see your WhatsApp message, they read it with no response, or reply after 6 to 7 hours.
After failing to provide shipping information and once I asked them if their store is fake or not. I received an email for refunding my money.
The strange thing is once I asked them this question in less than 7 minutes they refund the item. and canceled the order with not going back to me. it seems that the company is only one man who responds on WhatsApp, receives calls, prepares the invoices.
In summary, it is a good idea to buy your items from another store.
