I had high hopes when I joined Bluechip Casino, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory especially when it comes to withdrawals. After meeting all the wagering requirements and verifying my account, I requested a withdrawal. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal.
The withdrawal was delayed multiple times without clear communication or justification. Customer support was slow to respond and gave vague answers, which made the whole experience even more stressful. It felt like they were making it unnecessarily difficult to access my own money.

I was a very loyal customer
As a loyal customer, I received a promotion of INR 500 with a 40x wager requirement. After completing the necessary wagering requirements, I won INR 1000. However, when I attempted to withdraw the amount, I found that it had not been credited to my account. The company alleged that the amount had been confiscated due to rule violations or fraudulent activity. Despite my insistence that I had done nothing wrong and had followed usual practices, the live chat support informed me that the amount would be permanently confiscated. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they may confiscate funds without sufficient justification.
Again They have confiscated INR 2000 now this incident happened twice. People should think twice before you put your money in this fraud app.

Bluechip had no problem when I was losing but confiscated my money after I won and placed a withdrawal request. Also, they give free spins for posting positive review. So positive reviews must be fake.
My response to Bluechip's reply:
Please don't distort the fact. My account balance was confiscated even before I was asked to re-verify my account. Also, I had already successfully verified my account when I registered on your website. Then, why was I asked to re-verify my account? Moreover, I was asked to provide my credit card details despite the fact that I don't even own any credit card, so obviously never made any transaction through credit card. It was just an excuse to confiscate the amount.
