Want to just give a shout out to this company. I received my monthly balancer by post and noticed the box and content was damaged, resulting in a loss of some of the contents.

Emailed them and straight away dispatched a new bag of balancer.

I have always ground this company easy to deal with and easy to alter my subscription. I've never had any problems during several years subscribing. my horses eats the balancer happily. I think it's a great value product for the price ( referring to senior concentrated balancer)

Do not ever use this company. I skipped an order and they ignored and sent telling me that they could see I skipped but then apparently asked to be sent immediately. I absolutely did not because I also changed the frequency from 3 to 5 weeks. I have had lies and vile replies after being a customer for over 7 years with many horses. It seems that while taking your money, they are happy but once you are not, they change. I will never use blue chip again and will endeavour to change as many people as I can possibly do. Oh and I am told they refuse returns of unopened boxes, even though I have done so in the past when I ordered the wrong one, they changed for the right one. Hmmmmm double standards. Do not ever trust this company again, ever.

I've used Blue Chip balancer for years. The super concentrated is great for feeding small quantities without excess filler to good doers. I have a subscription which means the right amount of balancer is delivered when required at a competitive price. The customer service is excellent....pleasant, helpful and efficient. Communication is fast and friendly. I recently had to ask for a slightly earlier delivery. It arrived the next day.
