Based on their mission statement and results to date.
Receiving a 5 star rating from me would require a higher funding risk with less criteria or conditions.
Sometimes a client cannot access the necessary funding they need.
At least the BCC Team tries consistently.
Would I recommend this company?

Paula is a wonderful person that provided help to me when I needed it the most. She was non-judgmental and empathetic to my situation.
