Missing shipment
I truly am loved making this and it was going to be a gift for a dear friend of mine I had purchased two of the dolls that you can put a face on and it was just a nice touch that I could send someone who doesn't live near me however I was pleased with the product that was received however I made two dolls and only one was received I have since then reached out and emailed them with my number and my ordering information everything like that and I have yet to receive any kind of response or compensation for my missing package that was not received So therefore I can't give them my full appreciation but I would definitely recommend for a fun gift to send to someone

Creepy disfigured face
I love the idea of this Mini me doll. I Uploaded a picture like I was required to do. When my sister got the doll it was extremely creepy. the face was not centered right. it looked like I had a stroke and my eye was sagging. And there was excessive pink all around my face and head. I did not like it at all and had I bought it for myself I would have returned it. It was delivered to my sister's house as a gift so obviously there was nothing I could do about it

I ordered a doll and unfortunately when I received it, there was a little defect, stitching came loose. I sended Bluecrate a message and their response was really quick.
They decided to reprint a new doll and in a few days I got the new one.
Like I said before, fantastic and fast service, keep it up!

A Teddy to hug in lockdown
We made a Teddy with our sons face, for his grandparents to hug while on Lockdown, as they couldn't see him. By sheer luck, the outfit of his favourite character (Miguel from 'Coco') was an option! Our 4 year old son found it hilarious and his Grandparents love it. Totally recommend this! Thank you!!

Some hiccups.
Initial doll was not good quality and unsuitable to gift. Eventually after weeks of waiting, due to lockdown, not company, received replacement and was delighted. During all the messages back and forward I was treated with friendliness and respect. Cannot thank everyone enough for the way it was all handled.
