What a fabulous experience using this…

What a fabulous experience using this company and their vibration plate. Customer service is outstanding (thank you, Jake) and the product is really delivering. People are unaware of the benefits of using a vibration plate which is a shame. I’ve researched extensively and found that there are real metabolic benefits to using them consistently. I researched different vibration plates with the help of AI (to cut through the jargon) and AI recommended this one, based on my requirements. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend BlueFin.

I have nothing but praise for the customer service. Very fast response and they give more information than I realised I needed.
I run 12km a day and the Vibration 4D is perfect for warming up and cooling down. It has also improved my strength in areas that were lacking.

I purchased a second hand vibration plate without instructions. Contacted bluefin fitness who emailed me exercises promptly. Can not fault the customer service

I recently purchased a vibration plate…

I recently purchased a vibration plate from Bluefin.
While the product works, the vibration intensity feels lighter than I personally expected. This may be suitable for beginners, but it did not fully meet my needs.
I have requested a return and I am currently waiting for the return label. I hope the process will be completed smoothly.

Lose cellulite fast

The delivery was done promptly and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
I have toned up and lost cellulite,
Machine is very good quality, and definitely works to reduce fat and cellulite.
I bought the 4 D so amazing for relaxing massage and lymphatic drainage. DON'T hesitate!

I WISH I had read the many negative…

I WISH I had read the many negative reviews before purchasing 2 vibration plates - 1 for a gift. The one I kept stopped working after a few uses - unlike some reviewers here who received replacements after providing video footage - I was told I would have to return the plate, but was not provided any means to do this. The plate is incredibly heavy and large and requires specialist packaging - I was told if it arrived back with any damage in transit, my warranty would be void. So now I'm left in a position where I cannot post a heavy item without access to proper packaging/courier and cannot get a refund even though I have sent video evidence of the plate malfunctioning. A quick Google also tells me this is a known issue with the vibration plates from this brand - I wish I had checked. DO NOT BUY A VIBRATION PLATE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

My experience was not really good

My experience was not really good
I wanted to return my vibration plate as I realized after 5 minutes use, it is not right for me as I developed severe colics in the first 5 mints and couldn’t continue as generally I have chronic abdominal problems . But they refuse to return it, as it is now became used, there is not even a simple scratch on it with the original packaging are all available, tried multiple times to explain but no way. I am really disappointed.

Loving my Bluefin !!!

I got the 4D Bluefin and thrilled with this machine. When researching, it was one of the few who provided technical specifications and it helped a lot to make an informed decision. The plate has such a cool design and I am using it everyday for my arthritis and feel great.Highly recommend!!!

Very poor quality & performace despite the premium price

We ordered the Bluefin 4D vibrating plate which is sold at c. £389 so really one of the most expensive on the market. Once you see the quality of manufacture, it is shocking, dirty, unpolished surface and the performance is so poor. either the manufacturer or the seller or both should be ashamed and should recheck their quality processes. we have a unit we we bought from a different manufacturer at £100 and it is far more powerful

Poor Technical Support

Bought a Bluefin Kick Lite directly from them. It all went fine for 14 months after which time the treadmill died. I contacted their technical support who suggested checking it was plugged in, and to try switching it off and on again. They promised to connect me with their technical team, but I never heard anything.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a Bluefin vibration plate a few years ago but have lost the power lead and straps for it. I contacted them to ask if I could purchase replacements and they obliged. Very quick to reply to my emails and within a week the leads were posted. I can't recommend Bluefin enough

Excellent Customer Service – Fast and Hassle-Free Replacement

I experienced an issue with my original Bluefin 4D Vibration Plate a few months after purchase. The problem wasn't mechanical but seemed to be related to the electronic circuits — the display was malfunctioning and the buttons stopped responding. I contacted Bluefin customer support and was very impressed with their quick and professional handling of the situation. After submitting a short video, they promptly arranged a replacement. The new unit arrived quickly and works flawlessly. It’s reassuring to see a company that stands behind its products and offers excellent support. Highly recommended!
