What a fabulous experience using this company and their vibration plate. Customer service is outstanding (thank you, Jake) and the product is really delivering. People are unaware of the benefits of using a vibration plate which is a shame. I’ve researched extensively and found that there are real metabolic benefits to using them consistently. I researched different vibration plates with the help of AI (to cut through the jargon) and AI recommended this one, based on my requirements. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend BlueFin.

I WISH I had read the many negative reviews before purchasing 2 vibration plates - 1 for a gift. The one I kept stopped working after a few uses - unlike some reviewers here who received replacements after providing video footage - I was told I would have to return the plate, but was not provided any means to do this. The plate is incredibly heavy and large and requires specialist packaging - I was told if it arrived back with any damage in transit, my warranty would be void. So now I'm left in a position where I cannot post a heavy item without access to proper packaging/courier and cannot get a refund even though I have sent video evidence of the plate malfunctioning. A quick Google also tells me this is a known issue with the vibration plates from this brand - I wish I had checked. DO NOT BUY A VIBRATION PLATE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

My experience was not really good
I wanted to return my vibration plate as I realized after 5 minutes use, it is not right for me as I developed severe colics in the first 5 mints and couldn’t continue as generally I have chronic abdominal problems . But they refuse to return it, as it is now became used, there is not even a simple scratch on it with the original packaging are all available, tried multiple times to explain but no way. I am really disappointed.

I got the 4D Bluefin and thrilled with this machine. When researching, it was one of the few who provided technical specifications and it helped a lot to make an informed decision. The plate has such a cool design and I am using it everyday for my arthritis and feel great.Highly recommend!!!

Bought a Bluefin Kick Lite directly from them. It all went fine for 14 months after which time the treadmill died. I contacted their technical support who suggested checking it was plugged in, and to try switching it off and on again. They promised to connect me with their technical team, but I never heard anything.

I purchased a Bluefin vibration plate a few years ago but have lost the power lead and straps for it. I contacted them to ask if I could purchase replacements and they obliged. Very quick to reply to my emails and within a week the leads were posted. I can't recommend Bluefin enough

I experienced an issue with my original Bluefin 4D Vibration Plate a few months after purchase.
