Excellent Service.
Garry was excellent quoting and gave us a range of ideas and boilers. It was professionally done as was the arrangement of the work to be done. Over the 2 days, Leon and Garry were excellent and did the job professionally with no fuss and left no mess either, which is a nice change from other jobs that have been completed in the house from other companies.

My new boiler was fitted efficiently and the old boiler collected. Engineer was very polite. Everything was left in a clean state.

Engineer showed me boiler and explained how things worked. Paperwork was provided for boiler.

Annual boiler service carried out by Gary as part of our service plan. Very good and the work surfaces around the boiler were well protected. When competed everything was left clean and tidy.
Everything was checked and heating condition had a clean bill of health. Our service report was with us in mins and everything passed ok.
Certainly can recommend blue flame it gives us peace of mind.

Cant fault Gary and his team really. Fitted a new boiler last August and then came out again this week for its annual service. Impressed with how professional and friendly Gary always is. Decided to take out the Silver service cover package Blue Flame offers as I know i can call/message Gary anytime there's an issue with the heating and they'll be straight out. In these uncertain times it also helps to have a friendly local company you can rely on, and it also helps them back with having the regular business.

Friendly and excellent service from start to finish from Blue Flame Gas Solutions. The work was held up from original start date because of the virus but they came as soon as a date could be set and arrived on time. Even though I had a very old back boiler to replace they done it very efficiently and quickly. Would have them back to do other work if necessary and 100% recommend them to anyone. Couldn't fault them at all. Great to have a good quality local business.

Absolutely brilliant company. Can’t fault any part of the service! From the first visit for the no obligation quote to the follow up visit after installation, professional, honest, friendly, reassuring. The lads who fitted are the cleanest workmen I have ever had in my home. I think the room was cleaner when they left than when they arrived 😂.
