Good luck trying to get a repair
The work they did was beautiful. But I have had several problems with my pool. The customer service is horrible, they never call you back.
So far the problems I have had : My electricial box went out, they fixed that immediately. The floor was cracking, pieces of my wing wall was coming off that literally took over 3 months to get repaired along with several calls and emails.
I have had my pool for about a year and I had a big scare. We heard a boom outside, we thought was a firework... it was the pump that blew out, literally blew out and broke a piece of my fence. Someone could have been hurt. Patti said they would repair and give me a new warranty which they have yet to provide the new warranty. They agreed to have their maintenance team repair my fence, that was over three weeks ago. I have not heard back. I have left messages along with emails.
I love my pool i just really wish I went with a different company
