Overall a 3* experience
Originally had an issue with them refusing to refund bond. the first person spoke to me like utter rubbish and treated me like I was stupid. However, the letting manager spoke to me and took this over and we managed to come to an agreement in a fair and amicable way. Deposit was returned in full. Overall my time at the apartment was good, but just be weary that we never had an opening inventory and also the manager left halfway through without even telling us. Overall, a 3* seems fair.

The company provides excellent service. An excellent agent, Vinnie Taylor worked with my husband and me, who found a suitable option and, in the shortest possible time, completed all the documents for a speedy settlement. Since we were in a hurry to check in, the agent stepped into our position and did everything as quickly as possible. He was accurate and punctual.

I live in a very smart maintained house 👍 it has everything you need in a house 👍
House + bedroom is very clean and well decorated and furnished 👍
I have a beautiful on-site bathroom so no waiting for bathroom day are night 👍
Vinnie who showed me round very smartly dressed very nicely spoken 👍
Vinnie always happy to answer any questions and help and he always get back to me the same day so thanks Vinnie 👍

So I’ve recently just moved into a property which is managed by blue gecko and the whole process was so easy from start to finish!
Vinnie has been excellent all the way through, really informative and polite. Always on hand for any problems we may have (which is hardly any) and resolves them quickly 😊
