No order no refund
Made an order to my old address by accident. Immediately contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to wait for my missed delivery to be returned to them to get my refund. Six months later still no refund.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you encountered however.
After reviewing our records, I can see that you reached out to us regarding the address change shortly after placing your order. At that time, we informed you that the order had already been processed, so we were unable to change the delivery address. However, as the flat you had provided was within the same building, we suggested that you might be able to potentially collect the package from the original address specified.
We didn’t receive any further communication from you regarding issues with collecting your order or indeed requesting a refund, so we presumed that you were able to retrieve your order without any problems.
If as you indicate though you were unable to collect your package, please do get in contact with us again and we would be happy to assist you in resolving this matter promptly.
