Im really really unhappy about what they did to me.
They kept charging me subscription fees when i had no more live accounts with them because has they are"saying" i didnt cancel my subscription properly BUT i shown them the proof of the email that stated the opposite even tho...my account was terminated so i wasnt supposed to charged 2 months after my account was closed. The customer service is very bad and they even tried to trick me by giving me 2 50k accounts to say that "they are the reason why im still getting charged" but the dates dont add up!!! My accounts was terminated on december i got charged on january AND febuary WHY?? NO REFUND NO SOLUTIONS NOTHING. So no they are really dodgy if you ask me. Im still waiting on them to refund me.

They can't seem to get my funded account over to the platform. And they don't refund. The log in credentials don't work. And the people know nothing...I'd swear they were a scam.

BGF xxxxx by the end of today I’m filing a complaint with my credit card. All you have to do is reset my password. I will also update this review as things transpire. If you fix this, I will let people know you did!

Well the same guy I’ve been haggling with for two days finally told me you have to copy and paste the password only, cmd V on Mac. I did and it works.

I am so disappointed. This seemed like a good company. I was up 1.75% on an 100k eval account. This morning I went to place a trade. It rejected the order with a message box saying "unauthorized" So I tried again 2 more times. Same thing. So I go to my dashboard to try and figure out what is happening. Well, they breached me. Saying the trades DID fill. They did not. I never set a stop loss, never closed the trades manually. So, how did thesupposed trades close on their own? I went to the CHAT. They said they would look into it, but then came back immediately and said I breached the account. They didn't look into it--their response was immediate! How could they?? I traded my eval responsibly, and was clearly on my way to a passing the eval. So they got rid of me. Gosh, Im so sad about this. I felt like they could be trusted and were fair. Nope! Avoid at all costs. Dishonorable company

Scam!
Account blocked before the balance reaches the max daily drawdown. They say this is due to "fees", but the "fees" amounts are not shown on the losses or profit amounts for each trade.
This is just a tool Blue Guardian Future uses to cancel your trading account, forcing you to purchase more and more challenges.

Numbers and facts:
I set my stop loss amount just below the max daily drawdown at 1170USD (max DD permitted 1250USD). Blue Guardian Futures liquidated my account at 1171USD but displayed 1342USD on dashboard.

I purchased three S2F accounts through Blue Guardian. Only one of them was ever activated in Tradovate. I've been going back and forth via email with customer service for two weeks at this point. The issue has been escalated three separate times with no resolution. I can't speak to the payout process but the fact that they can't even set up accounts after they are purchased doesn't give me confidence.

You have all the information you need. I've given the account numbers to your service team 3 separate times and it's been escalated 3 separate times. Check with them.

I liked the support contact through the webpage, solved my issue easily. But in discord it was not as useful as I am accustomed to. No one answered the posts, and then a scammer was quick to take control of the chat, picking several people into a fake support ticket process to get crypto wallet access
