True support for customers, fast and trustworthy.

I had issues when I started and I reached out to support and they looked into things immediately and fixed the issues I was having right away. I've never seen customer support act so quickly before.

Just bought me some instant accounts. Had some problems in the beginning but they helped me out within minutes. Good service!

BG migration seems to be impacting services for most users. However, when my trade was being rejected both Barms and Azher promptly addressed the fault in a few mins of asking.

They don't answer, they have no customer service. It took me over a week to get an answer as to why they blocked all three of my accounts, which was 100% their fault. After that, they blocked my accounts, my profile, everything. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had mistakenly bought a Futures evaluation account not aware that my country is on the restricted countries list. I contacted their support on Discord, and Simon helped me with the issue, and a refund was done that same day.

I had a data delay issue. Emailed support. Problem corrected very quickly and in the evening

my account and paid for it, but I haven't received anything. When I asked for help on Discord, I was blocked from the conversation.

So far I’ve traded with this firm occasionally but never had any major issue and when there was a slight issue, then it was resolved very quick. Currently trying the Instant Stater account and once I reach a payout and see how the process is going to be, I will update this review. But so far nothing to criticize!
If you want to start with prop trading then check this firm out, pretty competitive prices, fair rules and kind support.

I had setup an affiliate profile, and when I went to get a payout from it, I never even recieved a response. I then made a discord ticket, where it was closed too quickly to even see a response. The customer service at this firm is extreamly unprofessional.

On another note when looking to trade here, be careful of their rules, as many of them are not clearly stated on the website (Hidden in the forumns and TOS)

I haven't started trading with the BG yet, but I won an account with them and the process of getting the account was incredibly quick and easy. I received the account before even processing that I'd won it! Very excited to start trading with them!

That’s new website with the fx and futures is lagging since they merged , paid for a account , still ain’t get credentials and I used the same email I been using they need to fix there shit cuz I gotta wait for an update and now I can’t trade today!!!!
