Blue Guardian has a sharp support system. Always.

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with Blue Guardian regarding a payout.

I successfully traded and became eligible for a payout, after which I submitted my withdrawal request on 06 apr 2026

The company states that payouts are processed within 24 working hours (which they define as up to 3 business days). However, this timeframe has already been exceeded.

Here is the timeline:

* Request submitted: 06 apr 2026
* Follow-ups sent:09 apr, 10 apr, 13 apr, 14 apr
* Contacted both support and payout department as instructed

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this:

* I have received no response from the payout department
* Support only replies with generic messages like “please be patient”
* No clear status, no explanation, no payout

At this point, I am being redirected between departments without any actual resolution.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability of their payout process.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved, but for now, I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Transparency and timely payouts are critical for any proprietary trading firm, and this experience does not reflect that.

They also delete messages in Discord. I started complaining that the company was not fulfilling its terms and was delaying payments without explanation, and my messages were immediately deleted from the chats.

P.S.
My payout was reduced by 95% without any explanation or proper justification. I was not provided with a transparent reason, detailed breakdown, or any meaningful communication regarding this decision.

Throughout the process, I received repeated generic responses, but no actual resolution or clarity on what happened to my earnings.

At this point, I consider this handling of payouts highly unprofessional and lacking transparency.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm and would advise others to be very cautious before engaging with them.

just opened an account had some issues with meta trader got in touch with the support team on discord very quick to resond helped me resolve it super fast hence a great start will keep you guys posted on journey ahead. Shout out to rolex_1998 for his help.

Everything perfect I received payouts with the firm with no issue and support so helpfull.

Everything going well especially with their support responding and actually doing things also got my account breached for using a vpn which was my fault and they gave the account back to me thankful for that

Blueguardian is very good company that has good trading condition fast payout and their support especially @Genesis and jaybank are very active and helpful thanks u once again good trading condition and fast payout

This is the worst firm I came across so far, I ignored the reviews and tried their $5k Instant Starter. I traded and took the account to $195 in profit, just $55 short to reach $250 which is their profit cap on a starter account. I had a consistency score of 15.97/15% that they want,I opened 1 position of USDJPY sell, with 0.05 lot size.
Out of the blue I receive an email that I breached my account with 2nd Guardian shield, when I check my dashboard I see 7 0.10 positions of USDCHF which I never opened. They open trades on my account so I could not get paid since I was becoming consistent so people watch out for these crooks. Their support told me I am the one who openned those orders, How can one open 7 positions of 0.10 lot when I capped my profit at $31 to meet consistency score of 15%.

They are SCAMS. I want to put this review wherever I can.
