Blue Horizon Builders is an unlicensed, illegal builder
Blue Horizon Builders is the latest in a series of companies David Letichever has started since he can't use his company name Magen Homes anymore. He advertises he can build luxury custom homes. He is an illegal builder, not licensed by the HCRA, does not provide Tarion warranty and is being investigated for taking people for hundreds of thousands of dollars on homes he took money for but cannot build. The pictures he is currently showing of his "work" on Bark are not of projects he has done for clients. It is his own home, financed by the money he has fraudulently taken from people like us. He did not and cannot build a house legally. He refuses to return our money. Like many others, we are taking him to court. Don't be his next victim.
