I sent multiple emails asking when the Forever Sea Salt tins would be back in stock. Saw they were finally back in stock, so I ordered 2 of them along with the laundry pellets and Oxi powder & the 2 containers for them. Order arrives and instead of the 2 Sea Salt Forever tins, I received 2 additional laundry tins. I still have them wrapped in paper in the box as I have followed up 8 days in a row for resolution and have yet to hear back or be acknowledged by this company. They sent me containers I could have ordered at any time and now they won’t answer emails asking for the correct containers to be sent. Shameful!! I will be sending my 9th follow up today.

I love these products, both the dishwasher and bathroom cleaners really work well. This company also has an excellent customer service team. I highly recommend them!

Products are great BUT their Customer Service is the worst. If you don’t have a problem then great, buy their products. BUT, if you ever have an issue or a problem, don’t expect Customer Service to be of any help. You’re ____ out of luck. I entered a sizable order and immediately after it went through I noticed I didn’t receive the discount I was offered. I tried calling but no answer. I wrote to them multiple times before I received a response which clearly indicated they hadn’t even read my correspondence. Finally, after weeks of going back and forth asking someone to actually read my issue someone responded and asked what my discount code was that I used to expect the discount. Well my bad I guess, because after weeks of trying o get help I had no idea what it was. They are no help. I never received the discount. So, in my experience their Customer Service SUCKS the big one. BUYER BEWARE

It is obviously the policy of Blueland to not respond to the customer in a timely fashion in order to address their issues. From their response, they are perfectly satisfied with their policies of not aiding customers. Too bad you can’t leave a zero star review because their customer service policies don’t even deserve one star.

I am loving ALL of the Blueland products!

The shipping/delivery amount of time was very delayed and the partner company that delivered the order uses unprofessional and incompetent drivers who are the final component of getting your order to you. Big hiccup in actually receiving order from the delivery driver which caused further inconvenience and little confidence in the shipping to delivery process.

I have now orders 3x from this company. The first time, my dishwasher tabs came mostly powdered. I messaged the company and they immediately sent me out a new order-no questions asked. Amazing customer service.
Now for the products. I adore their laundry tabs. Overpowering smell initially but laundry smells nice after.
Their window cleaner is up to par with windex.
Dishwasher tabs leave my dishes streak free and spotless.
Hand soap concentration seems a bit off, I don’t like the floral smells but the lemon one is good. We ended up using 1.3 tabs to make it the correct concentration for us.
Overall they have great products and stand behind them. So thankful to have found a good company and am reducing my plastic footprint!

The first time I ordered from Blueland, the laundry tabs did not dissolve correctly in my front-loading washer, and it took two weeks for a response. I have since figured out how to work with the tablets (break them up first). The second time I ordered, they got my order wrong, and again, it took over a week for a response. I like their products, but their customer service is not good.

I ordered from Blueland over 3 weeks ago. They charged my card right away. I have emailed and sent chats numerous times but the only thing I get is an automated response. When I look up tracking the only thing I get is the order but no shipping information. Just a response would be nice.

Great company with great products and a great business model. They also provide awesome customer service. I’ve had a couple of occasions to contact them and have received satisfaction both times. I use several products from cleaning products to personal care products, and have shared many as gifts.

I ordered two SeaSalt forever tins but received two laundry tab tins instead. I've emailed Blueland twice but have received no response. The products are great but the customer service is rather disappointing thus the three star review.

Shipping was slow and the toilet bowl cleaning tabs I purchase all came in broken up. So I will not be purchasing those again. Very poor packaging no protection for the shipped product

I love the Blueland products. They are effective, economical and better for the environment. Definitely worth the switch!

I am very impressed with the products. All have exceeded my expectations, even the laundry detergent. The Lemon Zest scent is wonderful. I highly recommend them and customer service is great.

I’ve used the Blueland dishwashing tablets for over a year. They do a decent job cleaning my dishes (not perfect but good enough with great ingredients, and I can buy them at Costco now).

With a good enough experience with the dishwashing tablets, I thought I’d try the laundry tablets. On June 15th placed an order for Laundry tablets. Here I am on JULY 13 (!!) finally getting to review them as I just received the products YESTERDAY.

UPS lost my package, and it took several emails to Blueland (mostly with no response) and a tremendously delayed response time to get them to re-ship the items. They offered no discounts despite the month delay between ordering and receipt.

The laundry detergent seems to be working well (tho the fragrance is stronger than my liking - it makes me wonder what ingredients they are using).

The customer service was so negative that I’m not sure if I’ll buy from them again despite feeling neutral to good about their products. If I knew I would have a better customer experience I might buy again, but that was truly an awful experience and little reassurance of improvement.

I have been a customer of Blueland for years, I've bought the laundry sheets, the dishwasher tablets, multi-purpose, glass and bathroom cleaner tablets, the soap tablets and many other products. I most frequently buy the handsoap tablets, I really like the scents, ease of use and the fact that I'm not constantly buying plastic bottles. Sometimes the handsoap dispensers quit functioning properly (this is my main issue with the spray cleaning bottles as well), but this isn't a big deal for me as it's way less frequent than if I had to buy handsoap bottles constantly. The only bummer is I have some limited edition bottles and when those stop functioning it's a bit disappointing. Overall I really like Blueland products and their mission to reduce plastic use and will continue to purchase products from them.

I really love these products. I was desperate to switch to plastic free detergent, dishwashing pods and especially cut down on single-use plastic bottles from cleaning products. I recommend Blueland to everyone I know.

Blueland tablets are easy to use for hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet cleaner & dishwasher detergent. Eliminates all those plastic containers and better for the environment.

We've been ordering cleaning supplies from blueland for about 4 or 5 months now. All of the cleaning supplies we've ordered work very well. We have tried: dish soap, scrubby sponges, laundry tabs, oxy-boost, dryer balls and multi-purpose cleaner. We love the scrubby sponges...our favorite!
My only disappointment is how expensive the dish soap is. We go through about a pack per month. With a sponge thrown in, this is about $13/month, which is pretty pricey for washing dishes. (we do not have a dishwasher, and we have 2 people in the house and do all dishes by hand). The rest of the supplies are affordable, in my opinion! We have decided to put up with the additional cost for the sake of mother earth. =)

I’m loving these products. They work just as well as any big brand that I’ve used in the past. I’ve been trying to reduce my use of plastics and these refillable bottles and tins are a great way to do it. Also I’m a sucker for packaging, theirs are very attractive. Given that I will be using them for a long time it’s a big plus. I had a hiccup with one of the bottle pumps and they replaced it right away. I plan on trying the laundry products as soon as I use up what I have now. I really can’t recommend them enough.

The products are excellent, plastic free, and beautifully packaged. There was a glitch with my last order which was rectified quickly and cheerfully. Very highly recommend Blueland!
