They accuse us of shoplifting.

I went with my boyfriend into the shop to try on a pair of trousers. The customer service was terrible from the start. We asked for another size of trousers and he rudely gave us a different pair to the ones we asked for. After trying on the clothes, we returned everything we had tried on because it didn't fit us and left the shop. Five minutes later, he came into the shop next door where we were looking at things, screaming and saying that we had stolen from him and threatening to check the security cameras. We were shocked by this situation. Obviously, we told him to look at whatever he wanted and that he could see that we hadn't stolen anything, a surreal situation. He treated us with contempt and didn't even give us a simple apology. For the sake of the shop, I hope he gets fired.

Quality and staff

The clothes are really high quality and the staff are really friendly. I will definitely be coming back and buying more jeans!
