Deceitful communication

Stay away from them if you are in Europe. They hide the fact they are a Turkish company and you end up paying an exorbitant amount for customs clearance. If you complain (only if you complain) they will offer to pay the customs for you, but then you won't be able to return the item without being charged for the customs you had paid.

I had asked specifically about this before I ordered, and they had told me they would refund the order in full. Which is clearly not the case.

Rubbish website

Website is awful and customer services take to long to reply... Tried to order 3 pairs of trunks. Cant place the order as my county ‘Berkshire’ isn’t listed when trying to enter address… they are losing business.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Asked them when they will get a top back in stock as showing as out of stock online. Was told it was in stock but website not up to date. Told website now updated so I can buy tops (of which I have already bought about 6 costing nearly £600). Went online still showing out of stock. Emailed customer service no response after 4 months. I am trying to buy something (spend around another 300) with this company and they simply don't care about their customers.
Never experienced this in my lifetime.

Pleasant surprise

I’m baffled as to why this company is rated so badly here. Despite reading all the negativity here, I went ahead and ordered some swimmers and a t-shirt and was very very pleasantly surprised. My order arrived within a couple of days, very nicely packaged and both items are high quality and are a perfect fit. Being in Spain; I did have to pay import tax, but that’s normal here.

Range of Quality

I bought 2 items on Bluemint.

The first one was a linen camp collar shirt in red. After 2 washings at the suggested temperature of 30°C, it lost its form and is not wearable again. A sign of below-average quality.

Second item: Swimming trunks in blue. They fit well and I can see myself use them for a while.

Conclusion:

Both items sell for 95 GBP. I bought them at 50 % off. Yet, I don't think they are worth the price.

Not so bad !!

I ordered a swimsuit online ! First of all it didn’t tell me when the package will arrive and went straight to payment ! So then I had to make million calls to see when it will arrive and if I’m home or not !

Also when I wanted to check the size, according to the website I had to buy an XL which seemed very unreasonable ! I bought M as it has always been the size and it worked !! So maybe don’t trust the size chart so much !!

My other problem was that when I ordered online it said 0€ for shipping but then I ended up paying 35€ to DHL !! I think it’s the company’s responsibility to inform me an average at least for the amount I have to pay !

However, the package arrived in 3 days and the quality is good !

Turkish payment platform. Be careful

I love Blue Mint swimwear but their online service is absolutely awful. I know my size etc as have purchased quite a few from the store in Sloane Square. When I completed my order, Amex rejected and sent me a message that 3k Turkish Lira was attempted on my account. When converted is for the amount of my purchase!! I emailed blue mint who told me this happens depending on which factory pickup the order. What a load of rubbish as when I googled the company name who tried to take payment, it was a payment company based in Turkey. Had Amex not rejected the payment I would have got hit with FX rates and fees. What on earth are they thinking? I can safely say they have lost my business after this.

Very disappointed, Never buy from Bluemint !

It's the first time that I will let a bad review, but I have no choice to tell people my experience in order to let them know how BLUEMINT's after sell is suck.

After my purchase, a delivery person was supposed to deliver my package. However, the package never arrived. The delivery person signed for me and the package was recorded as delivered. Bluemint then simply replied that it was the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the delivery point. Despite explaining to them that I never had the opportunity to collect it, they chose to absolve themselves of any responsibility and referred me to the delivery service.

Worst customer service ever - still trying to get my refund

It's been over a month that I can't reach their customer service. They never answer the phone and never reply to any emails. The "webchat" also doesn't work. They take your money and disappear. Unfortunately I've only found this side of them now as I bought a few items in July and sent them straight back for a refund but since sending the items I haven't heard back from anyone. They have shops in many fancy cities in Europe but won't care for their customers and keep their money. AVOID, do not buy from them!

The WORST customer service EVER - still trying to return swimmers 3 months later!!

I never write reviews, good or bad, but BlueMint's customer service is so awful I want to warn everyone off buying from them.
I purchased some swimmers in June 2020, but due to wrong sizing tried to return them immediately. Returns policy states you have to email customer services, have done that now 4 times and called them over 10 times - no one ever picks up and they never call back, despite saying they will get in touch within 24 hours on the answerphone message - and their 'Live Chat' function on their website never works. It is now mid-September 2020 and I am still no closer to returning the swimmers and getting a refund!! This has been the WORST customer service I have EVER come across in any industry - the company is acting like a fraudster...taking my money and running!!
If you think this is a one-off, look at their Google reviews - same problem for multiple customers.
