I recently used Bluemoth Hearing for a home hearing test, and I couldn't be more impressed. The process was incredibly convenient. Being able to take the test from the comfort of my home made a big difference. The testing was comprehensive, including looking in my ears! The instructions were clear, and the technology was easy to use, even for someone who isn't especially tech-savvy.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional care from the provider. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my hearing health. I felt heard, respected, and well-guided throughout the entire experience. It's rare to find that combination of professionalism and personal touch.

Oto.com and Bluemoth Hearing has been my main source of support and information for my recent experience with tinnitus. They are run by professional audiologists, most of whom have tinnitus themselves. They stay with you throughout your journey offering much needed advice, sympathy, and encouragement. The audiologist was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The hearing aids are helpful. But I would not use Blue Moth again because it’s all online and I would prefer someone actually look at the fit and be available to actually look at me in person when questions or problems arise.

I came across Bluemoth Hearing when I was looking for help in dealing with tinnitus. I was very happy to find them because I didn't have anyone locally who would help guide and counsel me through the process of managing my tinnitus. From the very beginning the staff has been friendly, caring and helpful. With their help guidance and my dedicated use of the program on the Oto app,I am in a much better place living with tinnitus. They encourage you to contact them if you need help, they offer virtual appointments to speak to an audiologist, tinnitus educational webinars and have an online tinnitus support group.
