The order came very quickly, unfortunately I was out and was a bit difficult to arrange to have the order sent to a parcel shop to pick up.

Poor delivery company used.
The delivery company is one I have used before and always had problems with them. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and scanned as delivered, however, the recipient flagged down driver and gave my parcel back as it was not for them. I don't know where my parcel is now.

Items i ordered was fine, just the delivery leaves alot to be desired, apc say there delivery this day and don't show up, zero way to track your parcel and never an estimated delivery slot like all other delivery companies

Being a customer of Blue M products
Having had a full set of new teeth fitted by 21D I was told that Blue M products were the best and I was given a complementary set of products , and I agree the products are great . When I ran out I quickly realised that popping to a Boots or similar was not an option !
I ordered on line and products were dispatched and updated by company in a timely fashion . I placed my second order very recently and again my experience was totally positive . Thank you .
