Made an enquiry a while ago, since then this company have constantly harassed me! I've told them im not interested and their response was "legally we can ring you 3 times a day".. Even tho I've used another company they are still harassing me and it's really having an impact on my mental health now. I just wish they would leave me alone!!!

Please do not use this company. I have had an open case approaching 3 years old. Meaning it has been with Blue Panda Finance this whole time. I request updates and call them without anyone being able to help or provide meaningful updates. My client portal hasn’t updated it stage in about 2 years. Someone once told me further information was required for my case, but there are no accurate notes on my account for this information that is required. Horrific experience with them.. and they will want approx 50% of your claim if it is successful. Honestly, stay clear.

Waiting to see how the company Blue Panda referred me too work and what they will be asking from me. Their trust pilot reviews do not give me any faith as it warns of fraudulent document signing. Blue Panda I think you need to review the company you use.

The first agent l spoke to on Monday morning, when l called to report the accident, in my view is top class agent.
He demonstrated ability to listen and was more concerned about my well-being rather than the car itself which instantly brought emotional peace both in my mental health and marriage.

Submitted a PCP claim in November 2023; Very little correspondence besides the company offering to raise further claims on my behalf. Still no end in sight of original claim, wish I had chosen another company.
Very clear and helpful staff. But like many no-win-no-fee services, their cut is considerable.

Very little correspondence and hard to contact to gain any reply. Wasn't aware my details would be then passed to another company who asked for passport information then replied straight away advising could no longer process for me. Why let me go through all of this for 2 years to be then advised sorry we can't help! Complaint being send to the Ombudsman as I really can't get why I've had to send personal information to a Company to be cut dead after providing this.
Data harvesting at its finest. Do not use. Definitely do not recommend.

Shocking company!! Over two years had a handful of conversations nothing has progressed from receiving details of my Car Finance Provider. Just informed them no longer wish to continue with their service avoid at all cost very poor customer service and just terrible across the board I have already had a successful claim with a previous company and the timeframe taken was nothing close and much smoother and more informed.
Update: Case 75401.1 - This should give you an idea to locate my account. To make clear the issue was never that the outcome was not what I was hoping!!! I was simply not receiving any feedback, I had no issues with waiting the process out but when I myself have to keep requesting updates and then I get copy and paste emails back it represents the awful service provided, I complained numerous times for months about the poor communication prior to making the decision to withdraw my application/request however the service never improved consistently like was promised.
Keeping customers informed is the bare minimum with respect to legal matters (The entire reason Legal Advice/Support is requested/explored & Consequently used and paid for is to make such a stressful process much smoother across the board) & it appears from many of your reviews you are unable to achieve this bare minimum level of customer service and that simply cannot be ignored and not called out.
Irrespective of the excuses used I have proof of email upon email attempting to get in touch with Blue Panda, numerous phone-calls expressing my frustration and getting little to no replies and whenever I do get a response usually it’s assuring this service would be the standard yet that’s exactly the standard in my opinion, which is just simply poor and the replies I had was very copy and paste like so I have zero interest in the excuses and I definitely have zero plans to get in touch I was trying that for an entire year and the loops you send customers through is just awful and as such I have zero intentions now I’m withdrawn from the process to get in contact to resolve matter when you simply failed that on every level prior to this review interestingly…
My advice to others is their are many companies which offers outstanding customer service as number one priority and so if anyone is looking for a service which provides frequent communication and a stress free service then I can assure you from my own a past claim, prior to using Blue Pandad companies definitely exist like this, just try to do some good research (something I wish I had done prior to using these) In my opinion avoid Blue Panda at all costs unless you want a long stressful dragged out process.

I used bluepanda to handle around 11 of my claims, only to be passed on to another company without even consulting me,the other company was terrible, website constantly down, Customer services non existence, 6 months wasted, now i have to start all over again.....if you are reading bluepanda look for T Wilkinson, ps don't reply with that FCA business, it's just a smokescreen, or we can't locate on our files,I trusted your company biggest mistake ever,AVOID at all costs...customer service 0/10..your lucky you got 1 star..up to me minus 5 star...

I opted for blue panda finance for my car finance claim back, they sent an email passing me on to another company.
The new company has been awful- no correspondence. If they’re going to pass you on, they should at least give you the option of just withdrawing from their services.
