Never responded to my email requesting a refund as Item became faulty after a couple uses.
This is definitely a scam website still waiting for a refund return - purchased a item not fit for purpose. Now having to get Pay Pal involved to get a refund
Name Said Faska also under a company called Sonatrip on Companies House - be aware
Total Scam!! The website has now been taken down & I'm kissing the £39 goodbuy.
Aircon unit not fit for purpose & same problem as others. They responded to my request for a refund but the returns note never materialised.
I've reported them to trading standards.
Avoid these Scammers. I Ordered the Air Con Cube very disappointed! Low standard item does not look safe to use very cheap materials used. The advertised item is not what you get. I have sent a few emails asking for return for refund no reply yet. I don’t expect I will see my £39.99 again! Sending this item to trading standards.
AVOID THESE SCUM. Ordered an air con unit. It is utter garbage. Not fit for purpose, about as cold as a dogs breath and about as useful. Marketing is good, customer service is woeful. Asked for a refund and did get a reply, !! Amazingly, asking for me to describe all the ways or reasons I didn’t like it. Surprised, maybe they should read distance selling laws. Cheating scumbags hope you go bust.
Rip off scam avoid these people item arrived 9 days later but it was damaged sent emails and photos all they could say I can fix it myself all I won’t is a refund they are not willing to help still waiting for reply from company they will not answer to emails or text messages even there phone I have offered to return it back to them by post or drive to them to return it I am going to report this issue to visa marster card and American Express and
PayPal Please do not use this company
Exactly the same experience as one of the fellow buyers. I too purchased an air con unit. Online it looked very promising and I was fooled into purchasing it. They cleverly put convincing reviews on the product page saying it’s all verified and wonderful. - must have taken them ages but clearly paid off.
Alarm bells started ringing when they didn’t provide any kind of correct tracking number but I tried to hold out hope that something good would still arrive.
What did arrive was awful. Clearly a very cheap product that they could make a quick profit on. Extremely small, doesn’t make the room cooler even when loaded with ice.
After doing some digging online of the company business address in convent garden, I discovered that nothing under the name of ‘Bluequalt’ is registered there on HMRC so god knows what backyard they’re using to make this work.
Furthermore, after a quick image search on Google, they have clearly copied and pasted an image of some clever looking people from another website and just plonked their logo on their t-shirts via photoshop.
No response via email either. I feel like an idiot for falling for this. Hope this stops other people from being caught out. I will see if there is anyone I can report this to.
After reading the reviews after I purchased through them (usually I always do first, but this slipped through the net). I ordered a JML chillmax ac unit (which has been removed suspiciously from Google).
My first alarm was their email to my response of how long it takes to be dispatched, as I had not received confirmation of its dispatch etc.
I have previously worked in customer service for many years and for a big online retailer and grammar is key. It was really bad, so I decided to look into it further. I looked online to cancel my order, but there was no option. I emailed asking to cancel, but they only told me how long it would take to be with me, and did now answer my question on how to cancel.
Like a previous review mentioned, their number goes straight to voicemail on a mobile number which is also off. It mentioned in their cancellation T&C’s that when you receive confirmation of the order that there is a link to cancel your order, but must be done within the hour of your order (which is illegal) - there is not.
After sending a new email confirming I want to cancel my order under the consumer rights act, that you have 14 days from the purchase of the order to cancel it and obtain a refund. I got a notification half hour later confirming the cancellation and refund of my order. Further more, when you buy/enter a contract, lawfully they must inform you how to cancel an order. They did not. Like most of the reviews sentiments, this is a scam, and I will be sending this to trading standards.
Item was working then wouldn't turn on, I requested a full refund, the blame was turned around onto me, saying item was checked & was working before despatch, no account for damage in transit!.
I sent pictures to prove what I was saying, I was then told I possibly overloaded it connecting it to the mains. The instructions say to connect either to mains or battery pack with USB connector, which I did
She then offered a replacement, I became annoyed and told her I asked 3 times for refund of 40.00 for a returned portable AC unit. I was then emailed and told not to talk to her like that and if I kept pushing her things will get difficult.
I take that as a threat, I sent UK law requirements for sales and I intend opening a dispute with PayPal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH ESPECIALLY IF YOU QUOTE THE LAW!..
If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would
I ordered some clip on veneers, they arrived, and looked nothing like what they were displayed online, more like joke shop pkatic teeth I've sent them 20 emails asking for a refund and they jyst ignore every email, do not buy from this company as they take your money for miss selling then ignore you, absolutely shocking
Unable to get a refund
Really disappointed with the customer service. My first time to purchase from this company would never use them again! Been trying to arrange a returns for the last month! No one has still got back to me to arrange a returns! Still waiting after 1 month of emailing them, all I get is we will get back to you in few days to resolve your issue but it’s been a month now! Ridiculous!!! Really poor customer service.
This company is a Scam! You won’t get your money back! Do not order from this company!!
This company is a total scam. They advertise products and send you a completely different product.
When you try and get hold of them, their phone line just goes to voicemail.
When you email them, they take forever to response.
Luckily i purchased my item via Paypal and opened a case via them. Bluequalt refused to refund me my money and urged me to cancel my Paypal case. Lucky i did not as this would of voided my buyer rights.
They were keen on having me cancel the case and in theory would resolve the issue outside of paypal but they refused to do so.
In the end i won via PayPal.
Dont trust this company. They take your money and send you knock off items and then dissappear when you want a refund!
I left a negative review on their site, and they keep taking it down and only leaving all of the "so called" 4-5 star ratings on. They delete any negative reviews.
They are dodgy!
Stay clear of them!
