I ordered a wetsuit of the website and 2 months later no sign of my wetsuit? I have sent numerous emails to see what is happening and still no sign of my wetsuit. I am over €300 down and no phone number to ring. I got a response about 3 weeks ago with an apology but still no wetsuit? What is going on?
Great support on products and availability. I was delighted that for an out of stock item Blue Seventy UK re-ordered the item I was looking for and it arrived quickly. The Blue Seventy Helix wetsuit was excellent quality and is a very fast suit.
I bought a thermal wetsuit, 5 years ago. As of today, it still looks brand new. Great quality neoprene. I have had 3 types of Huub wetsuits, all bought at a reseller. Unfortunately, all 3 showed problems; each Huub wetsuit showed holes in the neoprene, due to bad quality usage of neoprene. It is not caused by a too small size or a wrong dressing technique since I am a very experienced swimmer! Huub or reseller does not want to help, but argue only that the buyer causes these problems. Will definitely buy more blueseventy products since they also give proper service in case of an issue.
