After paying £500 for a cabinet over a month ago I still have not received my delivery. The website is unavailable, apparently ‘for maintenance’, and the telephone number that they give you is unavailable. Several emails have been sent with no response.
I messaged them 2 days before they shut down the website and they assured me that the delivery team would be contacting me regarding delivery. I have been unable to contact them since then.
Highly unprofessional and very probable that despite taking my money have no intention of delivering my furniture or providing me with an explanation of what is happening.
Unfortunately no option for zero stars!

We placed an order in September and had not heard anything toward the end of the month. I reached out via Facebook messenger and received a response quickly. After a couple of days the item arrived. The prices are low and the item was of better quality than I had expected.

I placed an order online on 1 July and have heard nothing since, dispute me chasing by email. Please contact me to advise when you will send my order!!

Update 23 July - after posting the review above I found the messages in junk mail. Whilst the company has now responded, three weeks delivery timescale is well beyond the norm, without any advance warning when I ordered. I would have chosen a different item from a different company if I’d known how long delivery would take.

I ordered a large sideboard with this company online and it arrived exactly when it should have no hassle. Excellent service kind and friendly staff
