Awful frustrating experience
Awful
Tried 3 times to get a blue sky social carer card. Paid twice.
I am a self employed advanced carer, covering emergencies nationwide, and to apply for a card, your website asked me to provide my proof of my disability/illness...
or a PAYE NHS, or AGENCY wage slip, or benefits entitlement and even MY CLIENTS PERSONAL DETAILS...Which Obviously I am bound not to divulge as its confidential. Ridiculous

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. So sorry that you've had this experience. As an officially vetted ID card service, we need a certain level of evidence provided by our customers. Unfortunately, on this occasion you were unable to provide supported evidence. However, we do never ask our customers to breach GDPR. Regarding your second refund, as previously explained, please send us proof of payment to info@blueskycard.uk to evidence your second payment as requested and we will happily refund you.
