Great customer service!
Spoke with Frank in Customer service, they had the wrong size chart for a particular article of clothing on their website which I used when I ordered.
When I got the product the sizing on the tags were different. Frank sent me a return label and I was able to exchange the product without hassle. Their prices (especially on closeouts) are better than other sites and I ended up ordering other parts and accessories again. Awesome company!

Great company, service reliable and as promised
This is the sort of company who remedies a mistake quickly when made.
I've had around a dozen orders with BlueSky, only 1 had any issues and I'm happy to report that they dealt with it quickly. I highly recommend ordering bike stuff from these guys.
Shipping is usually amazingly fast (i'm in AZ, they are a CA company) and prices are very competitive.
