Contacted BlueSky to organise a highland games event for teambuilding activities and it was just what we required - everyone got involved and had a great time, and all of the BlueSky team really helped to make a fun and welcoming atmosphere - a great time for everyone involved!

We had been concerned about catering for such a big group with 70 staff and all the preferences and challenges that brings – but there was no need. BlueSky took care of everything in their wonderful venue at Bachilton Barn.
Everything was brilliantly organised, and the energy and enthusiasm from the facilitators made the day enjoyable from start to finish. The activities encouraged teamwork, communication, and plenty of laughter, which was exactly what we were hoping for. The BBQ lunch was outstanding with staff raving about the choice and quality.
Our staff had a great time, and we've received lots of positive feedback since the event. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun, engaging and professionally delivered team-building experience at an affordable price.

I can't recommend Blue Sky Experiences highly enough. From the very first enquiry through to the end of the event, the team were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole day run seamlessly.
I've attended plenty of team-building events over the years, but I never thought I'd see colleagues battling it out while holding a pizza box and a pool noodle! The activities were hilarious, engaging and brought everyone together in ways we never expected. From the competitive three-legged races to the unforgettable human caterpillar challenge, there was something for everyone and plenty of laughs along the way.
The Blue Sky team created a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encouraged teamwork, communication and a healthy dose of friendly competition. The energy throughout the day was incredible, and the memories and stories are still being talked about long afterwards.

Our team took part in the Diamond Quest event and the day was excellent. The Blue Sky team were so easy to deal with when arranging the event. They were helpful and clear in their communication and ensured we had a day that truly suited our needs. The day itself was well organised and Martin and the team made sure we all had fun and were engaged in the challenges. The setting was beautiful which only added to the experience. The BBQ lunch and hospitality was excellent too.
The Bluesky Experience team ensured that my work colleagues and I had a brilliant team building day - from start to finish. From the initial planning stage to the day of the event, the team were super helpful and were always on hand if we had any questions!

We were looking for a fun team building activity as part of our Christmas night out and BlueSky smashed it.
From sourcing the ideal venue to their incredible team on the day, it was all perfect. Everyone had a fantastic afternoon and keep asking when can we do it again.
Fabulous time at Blue Sky Experiences for our senior team, where we learned a huge amount about ourselves and our team, and importantly, how we take these learnings forward to keep building and driving the business forward.

James England was exceptional. His energy, clarity, and ability to connect with the group made a real difference. He created a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone felt comfortable participating and asking questions. We especially appreciated how James tailored examples to our employees day-to-day work, making the content feel relevant and immediately useful.
His passion for the subject was clear and contagious, and he struck a great balance between theory and hands-on learning. Everyone left the session feeling inspired, more confident, and equipped with tools they can use straight away.

Hunger Battles was a fantastic experience. There was some nervousness before hand about physical activity but this was quickly dispelled as the game started. The tasks were great fun, and the team really appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other departments who they hadn’t met before.
The BlueSky team running the games struck the perfect balance between professionalism and fun. Every task was well thought out and it was brilliant to see everyone getting involved.
We were 63 people aged 18 to 60+
Each team wore tshirts in different colours so we looked good too!
And we had a beautiful location and weather at Dalmahoy.

Our company organised a "hunger games " event for about 100 staff members and what a brilliant event it was, not many of the staff seemed to be looking forward to this event myself included but as it turned out everyone had a great time . There was lots of laughter and fun on the day the MC kept the laughs going all afternoon and the other staff did a great job too . I cant recommend this highly enough a great fun afternoon

Oh my god, I couldn't recommend BlueSky Experiences enough! We hired BlueSky to put on a Highland Games event for 30 people the day before our wedding, and it was honestly such a highlight of the weekend. Everyone had so much fun, the whole team was great in making everyone feel included (including a few kids), and they were so flexible and helpful in the run-up to the event, even visiting our venue (Errol Park) to scout out the best location for the Games. Thank you to Stefan and the whole team for facilitating the Games and giving us and our guests such an amazing experience!

What an excellent day for our company off-site!
There was 46 of us and we went for 'Going for Gold'. From start to finish, our experience with BlueSky was fantastic! We booked this with rather short notice and Stefan took care of everything!
So much fun had by all, with no faults to name!
The staff on the day were also amazing and a good laugh! Plenty of water also provided throughout the day, and we had breakfast rolls, teas and coffees on arrival.
10/10 recommend! We will definitely use this company again.
