Had an issue with tool, one email and I received a new replacement the following day, great service!!

Bought a set of impact adapters and bolt removal sockets. One of the adapters snapped and got a new one two days later without any hassle. Have since bought pry bars and a few other bits here and there. Amazing quality for the price and even better customer service.

Excellent service from Blue Spot Tools. Even though I didn't purchase my rivet gun from themselves they have replaced one for me under their lifetime warranty which is greatly appreciated.

I bought an outside wall key safe for an elderly neighbour to allow her carers access. It was faulty, and I could not get the reset lever to work. So I contacted Blue Spot, explained the situation, and a new one arrived two days later free of charge.
How good is that!

I lost a 10mm socket from a set I bought quite some time ago and after sending a photo as proof of my purchase, Kelly arranged an immediate, no quibble replacement completely free of charge. Excellent customer service which is rare these days. I am a very happy customer.

2 year old and very lightly used (poss less than 10 times )
The 8mm and 10mm ratchet spannera gave up this weekend, they are now intermittent ratchets or no ratchet at all.
As I said , they’ve only had very light use , I never over torque a ratchet, I have 4 torque wrenches for precision assembly yet sadly these Blue spot seemingly are not worthy of their proper use.

The T30 Torx bit was unable to undo the disc brake retaining screw; even with very careful application of torque, the bit twisted and deformed. The screw was subsequently released quite easily by a WERA bit, which showed no sign of distress and is good for future use. The 'Lifetime Guarantee' that Bluespot offer only extends to a replacement item, but what is the use of another tool that's not up to the job?

As a mechanic I have been buying tools from Snapon for years, When I needed some long torx bits I came across Bluslespot tools, their prices were very good compared to Snapon and offering a lifetime guarantee I thought I'd give them a chance. The quality of the tools are great. Unfortunately I have snapped one of the torx bits (they get quite a lot of daily use) I was skeptical about the guarantee but a couple of emails and I had a brand new socket in the post within a couple of days. Kelly has been really helpful, so much so I have now purchased more Bluespot kit. Can't fault the tools or customer service.
