This company has virtually no support. All you get is obviously AI generated responses to problem reports. Many of the games are just set up to entice people into paying. It's also hard to find where to review a particular game.

Screen showed only a small part of WF.

don t bother try it, i am a web developper and i couldn t figure out how this crap is supposed to work properly, i am glad that this failure app got only 1 star on trust pilot, i wish i could give this app 0 star.

wasted about 2 hours of my time. spent half an hour dowloading it then after that tried to get an app then told me i had to download something else and then when the app was finally downloading after another 30 minutes later it crashed at 99 percent. pathetic.

Terrible emulator. Crashes ALL the time. Other emulators work fine. Stay away from this pile of frustration wrapped as an app.

Crashes galore! I blamed it on the game/APP, but I switched to Nox and not one crash... Nox loads slower and you can't really run anything else with it, but no crashing is worth it. BlueStacks has become trash.

Now.gg ruined bluestacks with all the bloatware and malicious crap like forcing start "now.gg gaming wallet" and stuff i turn off in windows settings but somehow turns itself back on (start-up apps)

I have no patience left, BlueStacks constantly lags, games are slow and I spend about 8 minutes to just open BlueStacks. Lags are so bad that sometimes I have to restart my pc and the whole process takes 10 minutes. Ten minutes to restart the pc! It never happened before BlueStacks. I do not recommend this ****, stay away from it to keep yourself sane.

They lie and advertise games they say work but once you install the software it tells you sorry we do not support this game. They list games as supported on their site and facebook but are not supported at all.

It kills your computer also by taking up unnecessary resources.

Why support a company that lies to you and probably sells your information as well.

If you attempted to contact the support team, you likely found that their abilities are severely limited, and they are unable to solve the issues that arise within the program.

Even simple questions often become incomprehensible, and technical support is unable to deal with the problems. It is frustrating that someone who should be able to help is actually powerless and unable to resolve the technical issues that arise in the program.

Overall, it is a very frustrating and unsatisfying experience. I do not recommend using this software if you are looking for a reliable and functional alternative for any purpose.

Malware! Virus! Something other than what it purports to be! Download took hours! When it was finally ready for use, it wouldn't work. Perpetual false error reports. When I finally got past this obstruction, I had trouble getting the app to implement program. After yet another annoying obstacle, I tried to access downloaded app, but had more delays while "loading." In the end, I didn't ever get to access app. Terrible waste of time and energy! Had just as much trouble uninstalling it!

Firs time i had lags with the BlueStacks cause I was runing it on ryzen 5950x and it doesent work cause because there are no multi-core processors in phones, that is, 16 cores and 32 threads, the program simply doesn’t know how to emulate, so critical bugs happen, but then I launched the program on my laptop with 8 cores and the games went perfectly at 120 fps without lags or ping failures .Therefore, I saw comments here that it does not work stably, then most likely the problem is in the multi-core PC or in the choice of the smartphone model emulated by the program. I'm like a geek who likes to dig into all this and figure it out, I give the maximum score to this program

Ik heb in tegenstelling tot de meeste andere reviews die hiervoor geplaatst zijn tot nog toe geen problemen met Bluestacks ervaren.

Het is een programma dat het draaien van Android telefoon apps mogelijk maakt op een Windows computer en dat gebruik maakt van een virtualisatie techniek.

PERFOMANCE (prestatie)
Het is wel belangrijk dat de virtualisatiemogelijkheid op de computer aangezet wordt, anders is Bluestacks wel erg traag!

HOE VIRTUALISATIE AANZETTEN OP DE WINDOWS COMPUTER
Dit gebeurd in de BIOS.
Ik heb een Asus PC. Na herstart van de computer gebruik ik de 'Delete' toets om in de BIOS interface te komen. Een andere mogelijkheid is de 'F2' toets.
Vervolgens het 'advanced' menu kiezen en bij de CPU instellingen zoeken naar de instelling van (Intel) Virtualization Technology. Deze op 'Enabled' zetten.
Herstart de computer en de pas daarna de settings van de Bluestaks software aan.

SETTINGS (INSTELLINGEN) VAN BLUESTACKS WIJZIGEN
'Settings/Performance/CPU allocation' in stellen op 'Medium' of 'High'.
'Settings/Performance/Memory allocation' op 'High"
'Settings/Performance/Performance mode' op 'High performance'

Het is ook mogelijk een opstart icoon van van de apps op de desktop van de computer te zetten. Zet hiertoe de volgende optie aan:
'settings/Preferences/Create desktop shortcuts for apps after installation'

Met Google Play Store heb ik vervolgens mijn Apps waarvan het zinvol is om ook op mijn computer te draaien, op mijn Windows PC gezet.

Conclusie:
Bluestacks is een aanrader
(mits de (Intel) Virtualization Technology op de computer wel aan staat.)

Android phone apps on Windows PC with Bluestacks

Just updated the Bluestacks software on my Windows 10 computer to version 5.11.1002 N32.
Contrary to most of the other reviews posted before, I have not experienced any problems with Bluestacks so far.

It is a program that allows running Android phone apps on a Windows computer and that uses a virtualization technique.

PERFOMANCE (performance)
It is important that the virtualization option is enabled on the computer, otherwise Bluestacks is very slow!

HOW TO TURN ON VIRTUALIZATION ON THE WINDOWS COMPUTER
This is done in the BIOS.
I have an Asus PC. After restarting the computer I use the 'Delete' key to enter the BIOS interface. Another possibility is the 'F2' key.
Then choose the 'advanced' menu and look for the setting of (Intel) Virtualization Technology in the CPU settings. Set this to 'Enabled'.
Restart the computer and only then adjust the settings of the Bluestaks software.

This product is like malware that doesn't work, that you are choosing to install into your computer to make it slow down and become vulnerable. Then you have actual moderators raiding the internet with advice as useful as the app, pretending you need to install more updates to make it function. I'm sorry but I have the lastest version, followed a bunch of rules to install more trash engines to try and support it. It is hopeless. BlueStacks may have been something of use in the past. Good luck today. It's abandoned besides trolls who are trying to convince to install it so they can probably hack your pc afterward.

Bluestacks is free and it helps running android apps on pc. The only really annoying thing is the ads on the screen that are constantly moving images, it is really distracting and annoying. I don't mind the ads but do they have to be moving or constantly visible?

Extremely laggy even with a good PC, can't even run simple undemanding games such as Idle Heroes. Just completely unoptimised and a terribly emulator in general. DO NOT WASTE TIME DOWNLOADING AND TRYING.

Playing RISK, the game is totally bugged. ! player using 2 acounts is most common.

It was one of the best emulators, but now with new ad window added, Im going to delete bluestacks and never come back. Too bad thou.
