I had an (almost) perfect experience! The products are high quality and arrived on time. Just be sure to write your apartment number at the beginning of your address, not the second line.
I entered my apartment number in the second line of my address, and somewhere along the way from Britain to Canada it didn’t get recorded properly so my mail carrier didn’t know which mailbox to leave my package delivery notice in.
Thankfully I was watching the tracking info like a hawk and I was able to pick it up from my post office using just my tracking number and my ID, but had I not been watching my tracking info I wouldn’t have known it even arrived and (if left like that for more than a week) it could have been unwittingly returned to sender.
