DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Their merchandise is shoddy and they don't respond to requests for returns/refunds.

Would like to do a minus. Ordered a razor and only works with 1 out of 2 heads. Only offer 50% refund but I don’t want the inferior product that doesn’t do what was advertised. Got PayPal involved so will hopefully get a full refund. STAY AWAY

Don’t use this company I ordered a pop up card on the 27th Feb 2023 for Mother’s Day did not arrive in time , they do not reply to any emails so don’t bother contacting them, I think this is a scam website

I wish I’d read the reviews about this company before buying!!!! I ordered, and paid for, a blouse which despite ordering a size bigger for comfort, is no where near big enough!!! Also the quality is very poor! Spent the last hour trying to work out how to return the item but it seems you can only return if item is damaged or doesn’t arrive!!! You live and you learn!!

Shirt arrived far too small and no return address sent e mails and on line, no reply ?

Ordered dress and blouse 26.2.23. Arrived 14.3.23. Poor quality and too small despite ordering larger size. No return form. Emailed company for instructions but no response.

Bought fix a zip,as it was well advertised and looks so simple myself and members of my family also used it but no one could get them to work they would not close I left two reviews on their website but they haven’t been used there are only two reviews and both say zips are perfect tryd to contact company waste of time ,this all happened this month March 2023👎👎

Ordered a month ago and still no goods. Unlike others I have received replies from customer services who have said order despatched 5th February. Complained after a fortnight told orders take 15 days nothing came then complained again after 3 weeks. This time told it takes 15-28 days for delivery. Guess what now on 28 days nothing has come. Have now contacted them again to ask for a refund. Not holding my breath from comments on here. This company needs looking into. Would have rated zero if it had been available.
UPDATE : probably as a result of this review I received an email offering a refund for the undelivered goods. However more than 2 weeks later and no refund has been made. Totally unreliable.

Never order from this company. Ordered 16/1/23 and came 16/2/23 one whole month. Customer service ignored my emails. How is this company still operating?!

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I received two portable heaters however, both broken. Like others I have sent numerous emails but never get a response. I made a complaint to Pay Pal and the seller responded stating they would refund me 50%, but like I guessed no refund (requested full amount). Unfortunately I missed the deadline to escalate this, so Pay Pal closed the case. Would recommend escalating to Pay Pal if you paid via this way but make sure you escalate it before the deadline as they can shut the seller’s account down. Good luck

If there was a zero rating I'd give it!! I normally check reviews on companies I haven't used before but this time I didn't. Over a month and no goods. Now waiting for a refund.

Absolutely sub standard quality product and no response to my efforts for refund. AVOID

I ordered heated jackets they are way to small supposed to be large and do not heat up - they offered 50% off and now have not answered any emails 🤬

Ordered a game and bag. Got a confirmation email but still no goods. Have copied local Trading Standards in to my last email last Friday and still no response.
Certainly won't deal with this company again and will block the company on Facebook once I get a refund. I should have Googled before I ordered - then I wouldn't be in this predicament.

Horrendous. No Tel number, they never reply to emails. I ordered heated vests which eventually arrived, but are way smaller than all measurements quoted. The L size was smaller than the S one. They use a shipping company to send parcels - stating shipper only, not the seller. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on 14th November 2022 and have still not received it. I just get an automated reply to the emails I have sent.

I order a product that was shipped from China over 8 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. It was handed to Hermes via 17 Tracking and they can't find it either.

Customer Services is non-existent and you can only email (which i have done 12 times now!) and have never had a response. asked for a refund and to no avail. They propose to have 24/7 support and 30 day money back return, all rubbish!

Would not recommend anything from this company so be aware!

I received the goods but they do not meet the description in the advert. Like others I have emailed to find out how to return as there is no returns label in the parcel. It came by EVRI but the company is not listed on their returns list to print a return label.

Ordered stuff at the beginning of November and never received it. I have sent an email every day to them and not one email back to get a refund. Stay away from this company they take your money and never send you the goods.
