I ordered 2 colour by numbers books and only received two pen sets. I've written an email to ask where my books are as no received, no answer to email yet so customer service is non existing...don't waste your money this must be a scam

I made an order of a colour by numbers over 6 weeks ago, no sign of product and the tracking number is not recognised. Very dissapointed in this company.

I've ordered with this company and had nothing from them they take your money very quickly. I've emailed and messaged and still no reply

Order still no arrived customer service if you can get hold of a human you've done better than me emails sent over 15 got 2 back no help whatsoever

Credit where it’s due.
I wasn’t happy with an item from bluesunset and asked for a refund.
Today they have refunded the full amount.

I never recieved my order so £30 basically stolen and it was supposed to be a birthday gift, customer service are non exsistent....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, waiting almost a month now

I have not received my order so yet another scam by the looks of it I will be heading to my bank straight away tomorrow!!!!!

I am still waiting for my product.
When I try to track it says not recognised.
No reply from two emails???
But they have my money 🙁

Never received my order and no reply from constant emails and no answer on phones total scam avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts they turned up after a couple off weeks,very small fit, i have twice asked for a returns address...no answer!
Avoid this site at all cost! if the goods are no good your stuck with them. very poor

Its been nearly a month since i ordered by book from this website. Tracking with Shop and its been saying its in transit from china, Its said the same thing for a few weeks now. Don't know if i'll ever get my order, never had a reply from them when I've asked for updates. Not worth the stress

SCAM! Ordered the Father’s Day book and still not received it. I have emailed customer service and still no reply!

This is the worse company I have every used I did get some items from them but they were not what I ordered and goods looked second hand and worn the trousers I got had a whole in the pocket and a pull in the leg the other two items were not the things I asked for after 3 emails still no reply they took my money and sent me rubbish BE WORNED DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Ordered in April 2024 and still not received my item. Emailed their customer care and not had a response. Absolutely awful service. Never to be trusted and never to be used again. Just rubbish.

Edit 8/Jul/24: I am changing my review to 3 stars on the grounds that I just received products ordered. I still have not received any reply to my inquiries.

No customer service. Ordered a journal from them 3 weeks ago and no updates since. Order shows as ready to ship for 2 weeks. No replies from customer service. It is hard to believe this is a real store and not a scam.

I ordered 2 Montessori magnetic fraction puzzle books back in April. The money was taken but have not received the goods.
I have tried on 4 different occasions to make contact with them via email or their online form but no one has been in contact.

Ordered shorts in size xl. Shorts arrived and wouldn’t fit an infant. Unable to return as costs three times original payment for only a 30% refund. Total scam avoid at all costs.

I was a little sceptical based on reviews, but I have to say I haven’t had any problems receiving my goods. I was able to track the order from start to finish, still feeling nervous at that point in case the goods didn’t arrive. They did arrive within a timescale expected. The reason for a 4* is because the items are ok, not 5* but will do the job.
