Just purchased a Elite 100 V2 and a 200w solar panel. Only been using for a few days, but so far really impressed. The design and quality is first rate and to be honest way better than I expected. Tried lots of different things and so far its powered everything I've asked of it. The solar panel has done the job as well and folds up into a really well made carry case.

Bought the elite 10, its the best micro power station with a UK plug imo. Well designed, very solid and the app features are great.

A solid and sturdy case. Smart tech and design and both robust. The unit performs immaculately. Very very highly recommended

The price was very competitive compared to similar power banks. Delivery was very quick, delivered in Les than 2 days. Communications were prompt when asking some details around pricing. All kin all I'm very happy with the whole experience and the product purchased

Off grid living on a electric narrow boat this device has enabled us to get the best performance from our generator and solar . Using a 4 KW unit makes a good backup power supply over the winter months we fast charge it during a generator running time and then discharge it later in the day when it's required this makes our generator more efficient and we can reduce the amount of time it's run saving diesel and reducing our CO2 emissions

Great products, I have 3 different units and they are all good

Over the last 6 years I've bought 4 different units in various power sizes and connections. Ive had no issues with three of them. The new 400 is on its way to me now, so I'll hold judgement :)

Bought the elite 30 v2 and was so impressed 2 days later I ordered the ac180. Brilliant performance and both work well with my 100w folding solar panel.

I design smart homes and am being asked almost daily to add off-grid ability. Bluetti have provided many of my stand-alone/critical need solutions for people wanting to protect systems from power failures, so it was a natural fit for me to apply. There is a whole load more detail needed to provide adequate whole home cover for any battery system, and your average solar panel installer has not got a clue when it comes to resilience planning either. Bluetti provide, in my opinion, the best products for mobile and static installation. There is not a product of theirs yet that I have had a problem with. The only reason that they list a star in this review is their customer support with a recent installation query. I had a very specific set of questions for a complex install and they simply were unable to follow up on their initial reply that I received stating that someone would get back to me. They never did, so I was unable to satisfy myself and my client on the right choice of devices. That cost me a £10k order.

Is a great choice for campervan and much more easy to install everything that we need from standard batteries energy, space saving, installation and much more. I used to connected all my appliances and devices direct from the Bluetti or using a 30A socket for connecting the fuse box, it charges very easy and fast by charger1 or AC outlet, and I will be installing solar panels later on as well.

Love using our bluetti (2-3 Kw) in our RV. Excellent for back up power and it easily copes with our small electric kettle, twin air fryer and hair dryer. Also useful for recharging our small electric gadgets, hand held vaccuum etc. Great portability. Good price and value for money.

Ordered online in Bluetti Spring sale as have already got a smaller Bluetti which is now used on a daily basis. Great product and fast delivery.

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. It took OVER A MONTH to organise the return and refund of a faulty power bank, that I had only used a few times. It took up so much of my time following-up on delayed email responses, failed messages being passed on, and chasing progress with customer service team. I will never buy from them again and would suggest you avoid.

Very happy with this product and will purchase the bluetti charger 2 next
