After sales and customer service, wow! Amazing!! I need a new power cord, mine was broken. I contacted Bluetti, they're sending a new one free of charge. Then, they apologise as it's Chinese New Year and might take some time! Apologies for sending something free?!?!? I love Bluetti!

We decided to switch from leisure batteries to an Elite 100 V2. Speedy delivery and well packed product. We did not receive a solar charger so have contacted customer service to check this out. Hoping for a fast positive reply. We've charged the unit by mains power and are eager to get using.

Delivered on time, easy to setup and it performs well as a ups. This is an initial review have only been using it for a couple of days.

Very good product very impressed with it so far! Always been in my radar to purchase a power station and Bluetti was a no brainer. Will be putting it to the test this summer on camping trips to truly see what it is capable of doing and no doubt in the future upgrade to a more powerful station. Very fast delivery and website is easy to navigate. 5*

Very good products they have been a game challenge for my motorhome offgrid

I've got a 200l and just purchased a apex 300. Fantastic pieces of kit Don't bother with the others, there far to delicate and temperamental. Bomb proof kit is what you need when off roading in a 4x4 campervan and that's what Bluetti delivers. Delivery spot on too, I live 300 meters off road and most of the time delivery to me is a nightmare.

Purchased the Elite 100 v2. Use case is UPS for CPAP and later, some camping. So far, it meets expectations.

Avoid Bluetti. I ordered a product during their January sale. Their courier ‘lost’ it. Bluetti are now refusing to honor the sale price and trying to make me repurchase at full price. Appalling service so far.

Customer service ordered car adapter sent wrong one said they would exchange but still waiting 6months later

Absolutely brilliant bit of kit. Mainly for camping to charge CPAP machine. Uses very little power. Have solar panel to top up along with a bluetti charger 1 if needed.

Utter rubbish customer service!

I wanted to quickly cancel as I actually wanted to add a solor panel to my order only to find if you have any issues you have to email and wait 24hr for a response. There is also a nunber. I tried calling and it would just hang up. Ultimately I cancelled my order and went to Jackery instead

Added an additional B80 storage battery to existing EB70 rig, excellent customer service and quality delivery.

Benefitted from sale extended into January so great price as well compared to retail.

An excellent company to deal with and they are the market leaders in their field.
I will not hesitate to use their products again.

My product arrived quickly, well packed. I haven’t had to use customer service so far! One comment I will make is that when I scanned the QR code on the instructions to download the app I couldn’t seem to add my device or access Bluetooth so I uninstalled it & got it from the App Store & everything worked properly. This is my 1st power station & my Bluetti (Elite30 V2) is working as expected. It’s primarily for home back up in the event of power outages, nice & portable but will probably get a bigger one at some point too. Thanks.
